To put it bluntly, the seller deems it as a junk, no longer capable of carrying out its pencil sharpening duties. Junk, eh? Broken or not, this little nugget is quite the rarity, well worth the buyout price of 1,000 Yen ($10.00). Plus, you might be able to get it in working condition again if you're willing to put in a little elbow grease. How hard could it be?
