"The Brides" Head to Mega Man X DiVE's NA & EU Servers Next Week

This week the LATAM Global Version server is currently celebrating the Burning Bride of June event. It's notable for introducing Bridal Alia and Bridal Layer to the game. And if you're playing in the NA or EU servers, fear not; the "brides" are coming your way next week after the usual Wednesday maintenance period.

When it comes to the LATAM server, next week will see the "What Am I Fighting For!!!" capsule. It debuted back in February in the NA and EU servers. It features Iris, Zero and the Assault Equipment weapon. This capsule won't feature free pulls.

What's more? The Atomic Disintegration capsule will be available in the LATAM server too.

And that's all for now! For more information about next week's update, keep your eyes peeled to the game's social media channels!

Mega Man Legacy Collection Coming to Amazon Luna

Amazon Luna, the company's paid game streaming service, is getting another dose of the blue bomber. Mega Man Legacy Collection will be joining the platform in June, Amazon announced. It will coincide with Luna versions of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3, among other titles.

Mega Man Legacy Collection is the second title in the franchise to join Luna, following Mega Man 11 last September. The collection will be available on the "Retro Channel" , a subscription tier that typically runs for $4.99 a month in the U.S.

There's nothing to suggest additional Mega Man titles will be added to Luna in the future. But it's interesting Legacy Collection 2 is sitting this one out. You'd think that wouldn't be too far behind for completion's sake.

The "Brides" and Roll Caskett Join Mega Man X DiVE Next Week

Following the LATAM server, it's the NA and European servers turn to get Roll Caskett and the limited weapon Jet Vortex Buster gacha capsule. What's more? It bring a daily free 10-pull!

On top of this, the Air Pirate Servbot event gets a rerun and the NA server will have a pickup capsule with Pandora, Tron Bonne and the Savage Tusk of Thunder machine gun. The EU server will recieve the Atomic Disintegration capsule instead.

Now, while the LATAM server has to wait a little longer for the Street Fighter event and characters, next week they are getting one of the most popular events so far —the Burning Bride of June.

The gacha capsule features Bridal Alia, Bridal Layer and the S rank spray Gator Fangs based on Bifrost the Crocoroid's design from Mega Man ZX Advent.

All this content is coming next Wednesday to the game. Keep your eyes peeled to the game's social media channels for more information!

Bandai Teasing New Rockman.EXE Action Figure

Bandai have announced plans to expand their popular Shokugan Modeling Project line into four different sublines. The fourth line, dubbed "Kit Makes Pose", will kick things off with a brand-new Rockman.EXE action figure.

Unfortunately, the company did not provide images of the figure itself. They've gone ahead and plastered Rockman.EXE's silhouette across various PR materials and an announcement trailer instead. There are no details on price, release date and availability at this time.

And that's pretty much all there is to say on this for now. The figure will boast a high degree of articulation and poseability, though. That should come as good news for collectors.

More news as it comes in. Stay tuned!

"X Vs. Zero Decisive Battle 2" Gets a Gorgeous HD Remaster

UltimateMaverickX's "X Vs. Zero Decisive Battle 2" is one of the most popular and well-known Mega Man videos on YouTube (over 5 million views!) And now, roughly twelve years after the original video's debut, fans can experience again - in full HD 60 FPS. Check it out above!

"I don't have the original files anymore so I recreated it," he writes. "It's technically a remake but the outcome looks more of a remaster. I didn't expect the 2010 animation would be great to Megaman fans. :D I'm happy it became nostalgic. I hope you will like this remastered version."

For the unaware, UMX is a talented fan-artist in the Mega Man community. His work caught Capcom's eye and, in 2019, he was brought on as the official artist for the Mega Man 1-11 Vinyl Soundtrack Collection. He would later go on to produce the art for the Mega Man X Vinyl Soundtrack in 2021.

You can find more from UMX at his official Deviant Art page.

SD Second Armor X Joins Rockman X DiVE

A new event is about to begin in Rockman X DiVE this week. Judging by the Koinobori in the event stage, this one will celebrate "Kodomo No Hi" or Children's day. It's a Japanese national holiday which takes place every year on May 5 to celebrate children's growth and happiness.

While the X DiVE event comes a few weeks behind its real-world counterpart, it won't leave anyone indifferent, especially for fans who love Mega Man Powered Up's art style.

G Fuel Announces Mega Man Slushee Energy Drink

G Fuel, the "official energy drink of Esports®", is teaming up with Capcom to launch a new Mega Man-inspired energy drink. The "Blue Bomber Slushee" is a sugar-free, vanilla blue raspberry flavored formula that purportedly boosts your energy and focus. It even comes with a Mega Buster shaped shaker bottle.

Details are few and far between at the moment, but this appears to be a limited-time product relegated to G Fuel's online store. You'll have to join the waitlist to be notified when it goes on sale.

So yeah; pretty random crossover here. The shaker's kinda cool. But, uh, missed opportunity much?

GameCenter CX Kicks Off 26th Season with Rockman 5

The twenty-sixth season of GameCenter recently premiered in Japan. And to the surprise of longtime viewers, Shinya Arino kicked things off with Rockman 5 -- eleven years after clearing Rockman 4.

As one would expect from GCCX Rockman runs, Rockman 5 is no cakewalk for the "shachou". Arino's dead-pan sense of humor hasn't changed in eleven years though and that helps him along. He's also given tips and moral support from the season's newest assistant director too. Watching the two piece together the Robot Master order is great fun.

At the time of this writing, the episode hasn't been subbed. But a raw is out there! I can't exactly link you to it... but good things come to those who Google

Thanks for the tip, AWD!

Keisuke Mizuno Rockman X Guitar Going On Sale at Beep Akihabara

If you happen to be visiting (or maybe living?) in Japan, you might want to swing by Beep Akihabara soon. The retro video game store will be parting ways with its famed Rockman X guitar, signed by none other than series artist Keisuke Mizuno.

This one-of-a-kind telecaster was made to commemorate Rockman X Anniversary Collection in Japan (Mega Man X Legacy Collection). It even appears on the cover of the game's OST, wielded with great power by X. And yes -- Mizuno drew that piece!

The store didn't disclose just how much the guitar will cost when it goes on sale tomorrow. Safe to say, I think, it won't be cheap. Bring lots of Zenny, if you're so inclined!
