You know, I wouldn't be surprised if that is the secret, and I kind of agree with Gauntlet...In a way, I hope it is, so everyone can finally get past this.
Maybe everyone knows the secret, but it's so simple everyone believes it isn't the secret and Seth doesn't know it? (Like Mettaurs, Joes and others being back in the game, and one enemy/sprite/music/stage/... being similar to one from other game)
Um, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but most of those don't even totally match up. Sure, some are close, but for each one there are at LEAST 3-4 dots not represented on the monitor or vice versa. I think someone need to take a second look at those screens.
And on the topic of the "secret" - I really don't think these are it.

It's not really a great easter egg if that's what it is ... the pixels don't really even line up perfectly, especially for MM4's password.
