I don't like dogs that much either (I own 2) and I feel sorry for it. :( People should not force animals to wear anything but collars and harnesses and the occasional muzzle.

And to all those BEMOANING the PLIGHT OF THE DOG, please. It's standing in some boxes. It is not it pain. If anything, it is annoyed, and/or eager to earn treats. The owner probably took the boxes off right after he was done filming.
But yeah. That dude sounded suspiciously Borat-ish. This episode, if not the whole darn "series," HAS to be tongue in cheek.
