Rockman Happy Meals? You bet. In late 2006, Capcom teamed up with McDonalds to distribute a series of holographic Ryuusei no Rockman trading cards for Japanese Happy Meals. The TV commercial for said cards, below:

Wow, even though it is Rockman that is a really lame Happy Meal "Toy".
Who am I to judge? Those kids looked like they pooped themselves in excitement.
That reminds of Mcdonalds was giving out Yu-Gi-Oh cards and some sort of computer game. I think I got some sort of turtle monster for a card. And I still have the game around somewhere.

They also had miniature EXE figures once.
Dude, the kids over there really do act like that, so it's actually pretty accurate lol. I think over-acting is part of the culture.
"I'n rovin' it."
That was a cute commercial.
