"Mega Man: The Wily Wars Collector's Edition" Delayed to Mid-December

With the holiday season fast approach, you may be wondering where your copy of Mega Man: The Wily Wars Collector's Edition is. It should have arrived by now, after all.

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing congestion of Long Beach and Los Angeles ports, the game is seeing a bit of a delay. Retro Bit have confirmed that copies are now slatted to arrive in mid-December. This little snag applies to European shipments too, apparently. There's no readily available ETA for our friends across the pond at this time.

Regretfully, this situation is out of Retro Bit's hands. It's just the way things are right now. We'll keep an ear to the ground for updates. For now, you can hit up Retro Bit's Twitter for questions, comments and concerns.

Hold tight, everyone!

    1. Yeah, the news networks were advising people finish their holiday shopping a month ago, but I doubt that actually happened. Will all this stuff just sit on cargo ships for ages? I'm looking at satellite images of the Long Beach port, and it's crazy; I wonder how long those people can just sit there on those ships, if they are supplied for those kind of delays, if/how they can come ashore for a break, etc.

    2. Yeah I been trying to get my shopping done now because I know it's going to become impossible to find certain stuff. My Sentinals Mega Man Falcon Armor figure had gotten canceled from BBTS a few weeks ago because of what's going on.

    3. I've been getting import stuff through proxy services and having it shipped via airmail for less than BBTS list prices. I actually cancelled several BBTS import orders this week. Some stuff came from Amazon JP, and was cheaper than (or comparable to) BBTS after shipping. Yen has taken a little bit of a dip recently.

    4. I've had just about every thing I pre-ordered for the last year delayed in some fashion. But I did have a book I ordered that wasn't supposed to arrive until December mystically show up today. So there are some exceptions.
