Capcom released a major patch for Street Fighter 6 today, featuring significant balance changes and support for the final DLC character of the Year 2 Character Pass: Elena, returning from Street Fighter III.
But this update came with a surprise — the inclusion of four NES games: Bionic Commando, Street Fighter 2010: The Final Fight, Mighty Final Fight, and Mega Man 3. These classics can now be played from the Game Center in the Gallery menu.
As you may remember, this isn’t the first time Street Fighter 6 has included a fully playable Mega Man game. Mega Man: The Power Battle was added in 2024 through the 'Mega Man Gala Pass.'

I think the even bigger surprise is that Mega Man 2 wasn't singled out for once.

DeleteAcknowledging Street Fighter 2010 is kinda hilarious. They should’ve added that scorpion dude boss from the first level as a character!
ReplyDeleteI love these little acknowledgments. And man I love the Mega Man arcade games. I wish they had made a third one.
