Boom Studios Mega Man Fully Charged #1 Mico Suayan Variant Revealed

By way of Big Time Collectibles, here's a look at yet another variant for Mega Man Fully Charged issue #1. This one is by Mico Suayan, who worked on a number of properties at Marvel, DC and Valiant Comics.

While issue #1 is expected to hit newsstands in a couple weeks, this particular variant is coming a tad later -- September 2nd, 2020. Only 500 copies will be printed. Pre-orders are now available for a limited time from Big Time Collectibles.

  3. I'm sorry, but this art style is terrifying. Mega Man's face is incredibly creepy in particular.

    1. Yeah, I feel like a semi-realistic face just doesn't work for him.

  5. This is definitely one of the better ones. I'm guessing the artist took a lot from MMX, and honestly it looks rather nice. Still not sold on the face, but the armor is solid, and the dude in the back looks kinda neat.

    1. What is it with people drawing Mega Man with realistic features?

It sounds great on paper but the execution is never that great.

    2. I wish I knew that myself. Maybe they don't really "get" Meggim?

  6. The Sigma-looking Skull Man guy looks cool but dang these covers all ugly.

  7. I hope this is not related to the art style being used for the live action movie, but I have a bad feeling ...
