An In-Depth Look at Dimension Studios Zero

After a tiny delay, Dimension Studios' brand-new Zero model kit started arriving in the hands of fans overseas. So to keep your appetites whet until your kit arrives from the likes of Play Asia, you can check out this gallery featuring dozens and dozens of pictures. No angle, no accessory is left untouched! It's certainly the best look at the kit yet.

If the above link doesn't work for you for whatever reason, I've included a select few images below.

  1. Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick

  2. It seems that whenever a company finally decides to do MMZero, it underperforms & the entire line is put on hiatus/cancelled, and the company wonders what happened

  3. Imma be completely honest.... I don't like it.

One of the things I liked about Zero's MMZ design is how simple, yet detailed it is. This...

The giant Z's on the chest just look awful to me, and the gold stripe through the head crest just looks gaudy as well, and the green gems on the backsides of the wrist guards just look out of place...

Who in the world designed this thing???

  4. The inner frame looks neat, but the overall design feels really busy and cluttered, like one of those Ver. Ka Gundam model kits or that Ver. Ka inspired Mega Man X figure.

    1. With the Ver. Ka Gundam Models and Ver.Ke X stuff at least they look very similar to, or close to the original design...

This just looks terrible to me.

    2. Not to troll but that's my opinion as well.
Though I will give them props for the light options and the general build of the interior.
I've been trying to factor that into some of my projects. Those milights in light sabers are sweet.

Ver Ka Rockman are neat and all, but I think they are just too busy for the sake of being busy. Sigma especially. Though I still want to see a Ver Ka Alia and Iris at some point o.O
