  1. Hmm, interesting. I'm also assuming the music playing is from the Rockman Zero Mythos Soundtrack?

  2. Hey look, it's stuff I already knew how to do.

One week after it's initial release. :/

  3. That's a nice method to defeat Harpuia. I'll have to remember that!

  4. The question is, is an easily exploitable AI-loop really something worth advertising with? Sounds to me like one of those things you wouldn't mention if you could.

  5. The easiest tactic against the easiest boss in the game is considered an advanced technique???

  6. @Snap:

The game wasn't exactly hard, in general, honestly.

I never knew about Cyber Elf HP upgrades until my fourth playthrough, and still felt the game was a bit too much on the easy side.

The closest thing the series got to "hard" was Omega Zero in Zero 3, but once you got the pattern down after the first (and only) death, he then becomes easy like the others. :/

Now Network Transmission, THAT was a hard ass game.
So hard, it made everyone that reviewed it, shed tears of blood.

  7. Waaaah! So close, and my R button just died! Hmm... I'm gonna have to hope I can send it in for repairs and get it back before this comes out. :x

  8. @Saito, lol we seem to be opposite here. I had a hard time with the zero series, preferably, the first and 4th one, zero 2 and 3 were easy. Network transmission was very easy and fun to me. I don't see how or why ppl had a hard time with that game.

  9. The only problem with Transmission is the WWW Firewall. Seriously.

  10. Yea, the Harpuia exploit isn't exactly impressive looking. Don't understand the need to drag it out, too. For a super play, I was expecting them NOT to use the Ice chip.

I didn't find Network Transmission that difficult, aside from facing Guts Man the first time. I thought it was a great spin-off that unfortunately was unpopular.

  11. Network Transmission should be the game of all of the Battle Network-hater's dreams. It's completely on the furthest end of casual. Honestly, though, I just loved it because it was fun. Then again, that's not what this topic is about.

I knew about the rod bouncing, but I never really used it like that much. I guess that might be useful for speedruns. The Ice shot and Harpuia, though...I had NO idea about that and now I feel stupid for not trying it....>.>

  12. That Network Transmission Firewall in the WWW Area is BS. It still is, too....haven't gotten past it.

  13. The Triple Rod jump from one enemy to other is needed to obtain a Cyber-elf in Neo Arcadia.

  14. On a speed run the pogo could really help hm didnt know about that one. harpuia i knew but instead of buster i used charged saber and dash jump slash dash jump back repeat :D

  15. Protodude, wasn't the "pogostick" ability for Triple Rod shown in the very first trailer for Mega Man Zero Collection? So how ya didn't know about it?

  16. I was never able to obtain those Cyber-elves at 0:25 :/

  17. Gutsman was hard in Transmission too... notoriously so, because it was a huge contrast with his difficulty in the actually EXE games. Either way, yeah, I actually found Transmission significantly easier than the Zero series in general.

  18. Part 2 of these videos is out now.

  19. Part 2 isn't even that great.

At least Part 1 showed a nice little move you could do.
Part 2 is basically what a typical Speedrunner does. Tapping Dash and shooting stuff as fast as possible.

  20. Pay attention to part 3. It has Cannon Ball playing. HOWEVER, notice that it's not the original GBA version, nor is it the TELOS version, nor is it the Hard Revenge version. It's also not on the Mythos soundtrack listing.

    Now I'm somewhat puzzled.
