Rockman EXE Beast Subbed Finale Released

Fans of the Rockman EXE Beast anime will be happen to know that, after nine long months of waiting, Wolfpack Productions in cooperation with Puku Anime have subtitled and released the final three episodes of the show online. You can download them via Tracker here.

With the Beast wrapped up, what happens next? Finish up Beast+, of course. Rock Miyabi has announced that the team is currently prepping more subbed episodes for future release, and work has even begun on translating more episodes of Stream. Hopefully, we'll see both shows finish up sooner rather than later.

Future updates can be found over at Rockman Perfect Memories.

  1. And yet they still can't be assed to finish Axess. :/

Y'know, the season of when the anime was, oh, I dunno, STILL FUCKING GOOD.

  2. I want official English dubs.

  3. I never would have thought it would take this long to have everything subbed.

    Woohoo!

  4. @ Saito: I would guess that they're not finishing Axess because it already got dubbed.

And everyone knows how freaking ridiculous ShoPro can be regarding their published anime, so I would guess that the subbing teams didn't figure that it was worth the effort to sub Axess.

  5. I didn't realize Axess got dubbed all the way! I thought they stopped early on or never even got to Axess.

  6. Wasn't Axess officially released in English?

  7. But not all of axess was dubbed. And sense when has a dub stopped purists?

The subbing of EXE is a big mess. It's all out of order and only partially done... the ones we DO have aren't all seeded anymore, the raws are super rare.

Someone needs to make a central repository.

  8. .. Only nine months? Are you sure? Probably the fastest thing they've put out since Digimon Frontier aired. e_e

  9. Finally. Now they can finish dubbing the rest of Axess, stream, and I don't know finish the rest of straforce how about that??

  10. Even if this were to get dubbed in Enlgish, 4Kids would most likely be the ones to get their hands on it, if not FUNimation. If it's the former, then they'll do a bunch of unnecessary cuts and censorship of things that are in NO WAY inappropriate and/or not kid-friendly. They would also erase any kind of text featured in the show; even exit signs aren't exempt from that.

  11. @Anon5: You do realize DATS subbed all of the Starforce anime like two years ago, right?

  12. @Several Others

Axess was fully dubbed in English. The finale was shown on WB Kids Aftertoons Show at 3:00 pm in Mid-2006.

I wish they would dub Stream (the best season). Axess really got me into it (especially the episode with Chaud and Raoul fighting against Lan). Then Funimation never did Stream. I hope Capcom knows that fans in the US want to see it.

Whatever happened to a Ryusei No Rockman Series 3.

  13. Actually, it'd probably be Viz, and with the way anime's dubbed now I'm guessing it would not be as edited as any previous stuff. I'm totally cool with the original cast, though - brad swaile and andrew francis are a great megaman and lan even if they aren't so much like rockman and netto. TBH, if anime companies weren't going out of business left and right on both sides of the globe (regardless of franchise status), I'd love to see them finish dubbing the show and releasing it. Even if it were just by Funi on iTunes

  14. Wait, wasn't there supposed to be 26 episodes in Rockman EXE Beast? The episode list I had showed 26 anyway.

  15. @Hypercoyote: Beast Plus is the one that was 26 episodes. Beast was just 25.

Put together, they added up to the typical 51 episode season that year...even if Plus' airtime was cut in half.

  16. So they subbed all the episodes of EXE Beast and then they are going to finish subbing Beast+.

I sorta hated how 4Kids edited alot out of NT Warrior and didnt even show some episodes. I prefer Viz or Funi, thats why Im glad that Viz dubbed StarForce and aired it on Toonami & Toonami Jetstream.

I atleast want Viz to finish dubbing StarForce and if were luckly Funi might start up dubbing the rest of NT Warrior or atleast re-dub it like what they did with DragonBall Z Kai......I dont like 4Kids at all.

  17. @TrueRadiantFree: I was referring to the fact that not all episodes were aired. Both Axess and the original seasons had a lot of cuts.

It was a cheap job, really. I wish they'd done better.

  18. Yes I see how less popular shows like MegaMan get snubbed when compared to Naruto or DragonBall Z. MegaMan is way better though.

  19. Eh, I don't think 4kids had anything to do with NT Warrior.

  20. @TrueRadiantFree

Many people are entitled to their own opinion. However, in my opinion Mega Man makes good video games but when compared to anime like Naruto, Bleach, and DBZ its just another kids anime with not so decent plot. Just be grateful anime companies even decided to or think about dubbing it.

I mean NARUTO is known worldwide is almost every developed country in more than 3 languages. Now their video games are getting better too. The uncut boxsets for NARUTO Shippuden sold over 33 million units(thats more units sold that a basic Mega Man game gets).

  21. Finally. Although, Beast's ending was just awful. I was expecting something big when Lan Cross Fused with Mega Man in the state that he was, but all we got was a deux ex machina Cross Fused Beast form and Lan got out of it without a scratch, despite Chaud making it sound like it was a big deal.

Now finish subbing Axess, the only good season of the whole anime.

  22. Yeah I feel after Axess the anime series just got lame afterwards. I mean Lan and Mega Man EXE and his friends werent even that much involved in the story like they used to and they tried to turn it into a anime with a mature plot like Bleach or Naruto but they went back with Beast+(although the story was lame and just random).
Thats why I prefer the StarForce anime, its like a comic book series from Marvel in anime form and the battles are more hot and intense then EXE.

  23. I'm pretty sure it took them longer than 9 months since the first video file I have from them is dated 1/13/2007.....

  24. finally such a good series i hate when series like this are licensed and don't get finished like the last season of Yu-gi-oh GX

    ReplyDelete
  25. And still no one has even subbed the rest of stream the best season of the whole series. :(
