Mega Man and Mega Man Zero Official Complete Works Restocked

Exorbitant Amazon prices begone! UDON Entertainment's splendid art books, Mega Man: Official Complete Works and Mega Man Zero: Official Complete Works, are now back in stock, fresh from the printer.

The good word comes directly from the UDON crew:

"Mega Man fans Rejoice! The news that you’ve been waiting for is here, as Mega Man Official Complete Works is now back in print. We realize this book is going for some pretty crazy prices right now, and we’re just as happy as you are that there are now copies available for purchase at cover price. We’ve also just reprinted Mega Man Zero Official Complete Works and Okami Official Complete Works.

The books will be making their way to Amazon, Barnes & Noble, an other online outlets within the next two to three weeks. If for some reason you'd rather pick up them up in-store, you can go ahead and request a special order via the Comic Shop Locater. Grab the order codes at the UDON blog here.

Thanks for the tip, Tim!

  1. We've "been waiting for" the Robot Master Field Guide. When the heck is that thing coming out now? Looks like they missed teh backup backup date (again)! Protodude?

  4. @Anon 2:

Is there a specific retailer that's fresh out? I'll give the Bandai/Bluefin guys a heads up.

UDON is notoriously slow when it comes to releasing things on time so if it does get delayed again don't be too shocked.

  7. Yeah, sorry, the last company I'm going to be upset with over the Blue Bomber is UDON. Yeah, some dates have been pushed back here and there, but they put out great stuff, so you'll hear no complaints from me!

Ecstatic to hear the Mega Man and Mega Man Zero books are back and in stock! I was hoping to get the Mega Man Zero book! :D

That's good to hear...because I hope that means the MegaMan X Complete Works will be restocked soon. I was looking for it all through the Christmas holiday, and Amazon had a killer deal on it. =(

  10. @Protodude: I can't find it at all on eBay and it's for absurd prices on Amazon.com ($130 and upwards!) compared to the others which are at the $30-$50 normal price range. I think the thing that baffles me the most is the exclusive metallic MMX figure seems to be more common now than the regular one, when it was a convention exclusive. What??!

  11. Good thing I brought these artbooks when they were first released. Although at the current prices for them right now, people are better off getting the Japanese versions.

Rockman R20 is only $56 and Rockman Zero is $40 at Kinokuniya's US branches

  12. I may be very, very late with this, but why is X on the cover too?

  13. Besides reprinting the artbooks, why don't they also reprint mega man mega mix volume 1 as well? As it is now the price gougers are now trying to sell mega mix 1 for $89 - $175 and that's just rediculous for A book that sold for $10 originally. also rockman r20 is a much better deal then the original and x books being sold separate, you can still get r20 for about $60 - $75 with pretty much the same content.

  14. I am glad that Udon is releasing the zero and classic complete collection books. I am always mad when people overprice books when they go out of print. Why Viz? Why wont you reprint Knights of the Zodiac?

  15. Now all I need is a reasonably priced Mega Man X Complete Works book. I'm seeing it sell for $85+ easy. It needs a reprint now too.
