Kotobukiya MM11 Scramble Thunder & Pile Drive Kits Due in June


In November last year, Kotobukiya suspended reservations for Mega Man 11 Scramble Thunder and Pile Driver kits due to  nonspecific "unforeseen circumstances." However, today, reservations have reopened on Kotobukiya's online store, with a scheduled release date set for June.

Reservations should be opening up at other stores soon, such as Big Bad Toystore, HobbyLink Japan, etc.

In recent years, older Rockman manga have been reprinted digitally, but one notable absence was Shigeto Ikehara's work. Fortunately, that wait is over! Today, Fukkan has announced that nearly the entire catalog of Ikehara's works is now available in digital stores across Japan!

Kotobukiya Temporarily Suspends Orders for MM11 Scramble Thunder & Pile Drive Kits


Kotobukiya announced today that it has suspended orders for the Mega Man 11 Scramble Thunder and Pile Drive model kits. Initially set for release in April and May 2025, the company attributed the suspension to "unforeseen circumstances."

Most Japanese online retailers have paused or removed orders for both model kits until further notice. Kotobukiya, however, assures that it will announce the reopening of pre-orders as soon as possible. Nothing is cancelled-- don't worry!

Kotobukiya MM11 Mega Man "Premium Charge Shot" Now Available to Pre-Order (Updated)

Kotobukiya gave us a sneak peek during the All Japan Model & Hobby Show, and now they've officially revealed the price and release date for the Premium Charge Shot edition of MM11 Mega Man.

As always, this model kit is sold exclusively on Kotobukiya's online store in Japan, but eventually, stores like Big Bad Toy Store will offer it to the rest of the world. (UPDATE: Now available on BBTS)

Kotobukiya Black Zero Now Available to Pre-Order

The first model kit from Kotobukiya set for release in 2025 is Black Zero, now available for pre-order exclusively through Big Bad Toystore. More retailers are expected to carry the kit in the coming days as well.

The "Capcom Super Elections" Results Are In (Mega Man's Popularity, Sequel/Remake Desires & More)


A few months ago Capcom conducted a survey to gauge fans interest in their games and how they engage with the Capcom brand. One of the questions asked fans which games from Capcom's back catalog they would like to see remade. Among the options were remakes of the first three Mega Man games.

The results of the survey have now been published, revealing not only the response to that particular question but also that the Mega Man series is one of the most beloved Capcom franchises. The survey also provided other interesting data about fans' preferences and engagement with Capcom's games.

"Shironeko Project New World's" and Rockman Collaboration Announced

Shironeko Project New World's, the free-to-play action RPG game developed by Colopl for Android and iOS, has just revealed the last character in their "Three Major Character Collaboration" event, and it's none other than Rockman.

Rockman will close the event, which began with Baki Hanma from Baki the Grappler, followed by Maple from Bofuri: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense, and now culminates with the game's second collaboration with the Rockman series.

Mega Man Meets "Route 69" in New Capcom Goods Label

Capcom is gearing up to celebrate its 40th anniversary and to kick off the festivities, they are launching a brand new goods line called "CAPCOM CREATORS LABEL." The initiative will bring together in-house creators to produce unique and collaborative goods that aim to captivate fans.

The motto of this new brand is "LIFE WITH GAMES", which strives to celebrate seasoned gamers that have spent their whole lives playing games. The first wave will focus on goods with a retro style design based on Resident Evil, Monster HunterGhosts 'n Goblins and of course Mega Man.

Every Rockman Official Complete Works Artbook Now Available Digitally


Hot on the heels of the Rockman ZX and ZX Advent manga's digital release, retailer Fukkan shadow dropped a digital version of R20+5: Rockman & Rockman X Official Complete Works on August 22. The book is available now for ¥5,390 (around $40/40€) via Amazon Japan and other Japanese digital storefronts. Amazon Japan has a large amount of sample pages, so hit up the link above and take a look!
