Cancelled Project - Mega Man & Capcom Golf (2018)
Before its closure in 2018, Capcom Vancouver was home to several projects that never saw the light of day. In the years following the release of Dead Rising 4, the studio explored a number of concepts in pre-production, including an unusual and previously undocumented title: a golf game featuring the Blue Bomber.

Mega Man: Fully Charged 2D Pilot Episode Surfaces
What better way to kick off the new year than with a piece of found media? The long-lost 2D pilot episode of Mega Man: Fully Charged, produced by Man of Action (Ben 10, Generator Rex) and animated by Film Roman, has surfaced at last. Until now, only brief snippets had been seen nearly a decade ago, before the project was retooled by DHX Media / WildBrain Studios into a CG-animated series.
The 21-minute pilot showcases a number of differences from the final series, spanning animation style, character designs, voice acting, music, and even a slightly heavier tone. Where Fully Charged ultimately skewed toward very young viewers, this pilot feels more squarely aimed at an elementary to middle school audience.
We know a fair amount about Fully Charged’s production history, including early plans for a second season, but the reason it moved from traditional animation to CG has never really been explained. For now, all we can do is speculate.

Check Out the Mini Figures From Jasco's Unreleased Mega Man-All Stars Board Game
Four years ago, Jasco Games announced a follow-up to their Mega Man: The Board Game, titled Mega Man All-Stars. Drawing inspiration from Mega Man Megamix, the game centered on defending Dr. Light’s lab from waves of Robot Masters and Star Droids while building powerful Special Weapons to take the fight to Dr. Wily.
Although the Kickstarter campaign was successful and the project cleared all of Capcom’s certifications and approvals, the game never saw a public release. Whether it’s been canceled or simply delayed is still unclear. In the meantime, project artist Hector Moran recently shared renders and images of many of the planned mini figures. Check 'em out below!

The Hunt for "Rockman X Interactive" - Initial Findings and First Translations
"Rockman X Interactive" was the project name for a cancelled Rockman X spin-off in development during the mid-1990s. Its existence came to light when design documents surfaced on Yahoo! Auctions Japan in September 2018. While the search for the original physical materials is still ongoing, I’m pleased to share our initial findings today, along with a complete English translation of the pages that appeared in the ill-fated listing.
