NebulaJoy has released a cryptic teaser trailer for Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat that appears to hint at an upcoming collaboration with Mega Man X.
The trailer stops short of confirming whether X will join the game as a playable guest character or if the crossover will be limited to Mega Man X-inspired equipment and cosmetics.
That’s all we have to go on for now. We’ll share more details when NebulaJoy finally pulls back the curtain.

Courtesy of Lunar Distribution, we have our first look at Mega Man: Gear Masters #2, along with the issue’s official solicitation:
Mega Man faces off against some of the most powerful Robot Masters yet, each infused with a piece of Dr. Wily’s Double Gear system! Can the Blue Bomber overcome these upgraded enemies, or will he be reduced to scrap metal?
Cover A features artwork by Ryan Jampole, Cover B is by Tavis Maiden, and Cover D is illustrated by Genzoman. Cover C is a collage of different classic series key art; no artist this time.
Mega Man: Gear Masters #2 is currently scheduled to arrive in stores on October 28.
Our indelible blue bomber is getting the trading card game treatment with a new collaboration planned for Z/X: Zillions of enemy X in 2027.
According to the official Z/X Twitter account, the collaboration will include a Rockman-themed Start Dash Deck, a preconstructed deck designed to help players jump into the game. The cards will be based on characters from the X, EXE and Shooting Star series. Curiously, the ZX series is absent from the lineup, despite feeling like a natural fit based on the name alone.
For those unfamiliar, Z/X: Zillions of enemy X is a Japanese collectible card game produced by Broccoli in collaboration with Nippon Ichi Software. The game launched in 2012 and pits players against one another using decks built around characters and creatures known as Z/X. A small collection of classic series cards were released several years ago, in fact!

Beyond that, Udon did not share any additional details. There is currently no artwork, release date or story synopsis. For now, the big takeaway is that Mega Man Legends is finally getting the comic treatment and the work that went into Legends Timelines #1 was not a one and done thing.

It’s happening, folks. Udon Entertainment has officially announced that they will continue Archie Comics’ Mega Man series under the Mega Man Adventures banner.
The new comic will pick up directly after issue #55 and begin an adaptation of Mega Man 4. Future issues will carry two numbers to reflect both runs, meaning the first installment will be released as both Archie’s issue #56 and Udon’s issue #0.
The comic will be written by Ian Flynn with artwork by Chad Thomas and is currently targeting a November or December 2026 release.

Teased in the back of Mega Man X #5, Udon Entertainment formally announced two new Mega Man X comic projects at San Diego Comic-Con.
The first is Mega Man X: Dawn of Sigma, a one-shot prequel set before the events of the original Mega Man X. According to Udon, the story will explore how Zero joined the Maverick Hunters and introduce a brand-new Maverick.
Udon also announced a six-issue adaptation of Mega Man X2, planned for release later this year.

Hot on the heels of its San Diego Comic-Con reveal, Hiya Toys has released full-color stock images of Max Armor X and opened pre-orders. Talk about a fast turnaround!
Due to ship in Q3 2027, Max Armor X stands approximately 14.7 cm tall and faithfully recreates the fan-favorite armor from Mega Man X3. The figure includes three interchangeable faceplates, six hand parts, an interchangeable X-Buster, two effect parts and a Z-Saber.
In typical Hiya Toys fashion, the figure also comes with a separate magnetic Hiya badge that interacts with the X-Buster. Bringing the badge close activates three lighting modes: flashing, breathing and steady. Together, they recreate the effect of X charging his weapon before firing.
Pre-orders are currently available directly through Hiya Toys and Big Bad Toystore.

Mondo has secured the license to produce a new line of classic series Mega Man figures under its Mondo Squad banner, the company announced during its San Diego Comic-Con panel.
The initial wave will focus on members of the Light family, including Mega Man, Roll, Rush and... Tango! Yessir, Tango in the big 2027.
Mondo Squad figures are typically sold as a set and come with a variety of accessories. Additional details, including pricing, a specific release date and exactly what will be included, have yet to be announced.

It’s Preview Night at San Diego Comic-Con 2026, and we have our first look at three brand-new figures from Hiya Toys: MegaMan.EXE, classic series Mega Man, and Third Armor X.
Udon Entertainment is bringing a whole lot of Mega Man pins to San Diego Comic-Con later this week, available exclusively at booth #100.
The lineup includes a series of seven Metall pins, Mega Man Legends “Petite Fighter” pins, and perhaps most interesting of all, a selection of classic series pins featuring brand-new artwork by Keisuke Mizuno. Mizuno’s Bass is especially nice to see, since he doesn’t draw him very often.
The majority of the pins will be priced at $15 each. You can see what all of the pins look like here.
Udon Entertainment appears to be teasing a long-awaited continuation of Archie Comics’ Mega Man series.
Director of Publishing Matt Moylan tweeted an image featuring the number “56” presented in the traditional Mega Man stage-select style, along with the message, “Announcement coming at San Diego Comic-Con.” The implication seems fairly clear: Archie’s original series ended with issue #55, and Udon may be preparing to pick things up with a brand-new issue #56.
Nothing has been formally announced yet, but this would continue Udon’s ongoing efforts to bring Archie’s Mega Man comics back. The publisher is already reprinting the series under the new Mega Man Adventures label, which also includes new material from members of the original creative team.
Archie’s Mega Man came to an abrupt end in 2015, leaving several storylines unfinished. Fans have spent more than a decade hoping the series might someday return.

Threezero has revealed another convention-exclusive MDLX figure: Ice Slasher Mega Man.
Unlike the previously announced MDLX Black Zero, this release will be available at San Diego Comic-Con later this month, followed by ACGHK 2026 and Mecha Fest Osaka 2026.
Threezero confirmed on Twitter that only 1,300 units will be available worldwide. This one is bound to go fast, so if you’re heading to SDCC, make a beeline for Threezero’s booth ASAP!
Hiya Toys has unveiled the next figure in its Mega Man X Exquisite Basic series: Ultimate Armor X. Better yet, pre-orders are already open at Big Bad Toy Store, with the figure expected to ship in Q3 2027.
That may still be a ways off, but Hiya Toys has released plenty of images to tide us over until then.
Threezero has announced an MDLX Black Zero figure, but much to the disappointment of many collectors, its release will be extremely limited.
According to Threezero, the figure will be available in limited quantities at ACGHK 2026 and ChinaJoy 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis. At this time, there are no plans for a wider release, nor any indication that the figure will appear at events more accessible to fans in other regions.
Accessories include a Black Zero Buster forearm, two interchangeable faceplates and three pairs of interchangeable hands. Alongside his signature Z-Saber, Mega Man X5-style blades and Z-Saber effect part, the set also includes two blades based on Zero’s appearance in Mega Man X6.

Blokees’ Champion Class Star Force Mega Man and Zero model kits are currently on display at BotCon, and according to a company representative, they’re coming soon. Very soon.
Although the representative could not share an exact release date, they told a Rockman Corner correspondent that both kits are targeting a launch within the next six to eight weeks. That would place their release sometime in late August or September.
The representative also confirmed that each kit will consist of approximately 120 pieces and retail for between $25 and $30.
Blokees has not opened pre-orders yet, but with the release window rapidly approaching, it may not be long before retailers begin accepting reservations. We’ll keep you posted.

While Capcom has yet to officially confirm that Mega Man: Dual Override will appear at Tokyo Game Show 2026 this September, the signs are certainly beginning to point in that direction.
To commemorate Tokyo Game Show’s 30th anniversary, the Computer Entertainment Supplier’s Association (CESA) has announced a limited-edition collection of six pure gold, 24-karat medals engraved with characters and logos from a select group of franchises, including Mega Man as he appears in Dual Override.
The collection also includes a ticket granting admission to all three days of the show. It will set you back a staggering 3.3 million yen, or roughly $20,440 USD.

Kotobukiya is bringing back Zero 1st Version with a fresh coat of paint — literally.
This new Limited Edition release swaps the original colors for pearlescent and metallic finishes, recreating Zero’s charged-up appearance. To complete the look, the kit also includes an all-new Spiral Crush Buster effect part, which Kotobukiya touts as the largest effect part in its Mega Man X model kit lineup to date.
That’s not all. The included face parts feature newly adjusted eye directions, offering a little more variety for posing. The leg joints have also been updated, with two sets included in the box. These can be used to upgrade Mega Man X Zero, Zero Nightmare Ver., and Black Zero kits.
Zero 1st Version Limited Edition is expected to ship in January 2027. Pre-orders are currently available directly from Kotobukiya, with additional retailers likely to follow soon. UPDATE: Big Bad Toystore pre-orders are open!
