On April 27, Capcom reported 1 million units sold within two weeks following the title's release. Today's update confirms that, from April 27 to June 30, the collection sold an additional 320k units.
As of now, Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection is the 5th best selling game in the franchise following Mega Man 11 (1.70 M), Mega Man 2 (1.51 M), Mega Man Legacy Collection (1.40 M) and Mega Man Battle Network 4 (1.35 M). At this pace, it is well on its way to the top.
Further, thanks in large part to Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection's outstanding performance, the Mega Man franchise as a whole jumped from 38 million units to 40 million units sold. A remarkable and well-deserved achievement at last.

We've seen a lot of third-party and fan-made projects here over at the old Rockman Corner. However, this one is a first. Thailand based custom PC builder Juggapat Modifier has unveiled his latest build: a fully-functioning Mega Man X PC case. And it's massive.
High resolution scans of the long-out-of-print Rockman DASH 2 Final Digouter's File are now available at the Internet Archive courtesy of our friends Vii (@0xmortis) and RockmanCosmo. This book's contents have been sporadically shared online over the years, but never before in such excellent quality and all in one place.
While the majority of the book serves as a game guide, it also includes several pages of rare and never-republished concept artwork. You'll find a treasure trove of unused Bonne and Glyde Gangs mechs, Reaverbots, characters, and more odds and ends like Rock Volnutt's civilian clothing. There's even a few early cutscene story boards too!
Please note that the scans are currently presented in their original Japanese format. However, if there's enough interest in a full scanlation similar to the Great Adventure Guide, this miiiight be something we can pursue in the future.
For now, hit up the link above and thumb through this fantastic piece of history!

Mega Man: Fully Charged may have had a short lifespan, but its memory endures. While the show holds a special place in the hearts of its small yet vocal fanbase, it also lingers in the thoughts of its former crew.
Paul Johnson, who contributed to the show's various pixel-art segments in 2017, recently shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse of his process. He demonstrated how he transformed the initial 3D models into pixel art, simplifying and diluting their most notable features while still maintaining recognizable designs for the show's primary cast of villains.
Overall, it's a fun watch. There's some great trivia here for fans, plus a glimpse of early, unused designs too! Check it out, if you're so inclined!

Last month, Capcom Town shared ten pages from the original, never-before-publicized Mega Man 1 design document. The pages unveiled a collection of early game mechanics, ideas, and concept designs by Akira Kitamura that had never been revealed previously. These include different versions of the unused Robot Master Bond Man and Oil Man, along with other fascinating details.
Unfortunately, Capcom didn't provide an official English translation. But thanks to our helpful friend Windii, we now have the complete document translated into English! You can download it here or view each page below after the break. There's a lot to read and see -- it's a real treat.
With the "Year of Battle Network" still going strong, it's Bandai's turn to jack-in to the arena with their brand-new SMP Makes Pose Rockman EXE line. The question on everyone's mind is how these kits stack up against to Kotobukiya's Battle Network kits. Are they the long-awaited models we've been hoping for? Join me after the break as I delve into every aspect of these little guys!

During Capcom's 44th general shareholder meeting, shareholders brought up inquiries regarding the Mega Man franchise. One shareholder asked about the overall future plans, while another expressed curiosity about potential ports and collections:
Q: Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection was released in April and has surpassed 1 million units in sales, contributing to existing IP utilization and user expansion. What are your plans for the Mega Man series?
A: Including Mega Man 11, the latest entry in the franchise, Mega Man is one of Capcom’s historic IPs and is loved by fans, and as such we want to take care in how we develop the series. We are considering how to approach the production of new entries in the series, which requires numerous factors, including the development of a solid concept, ideas and gameplay, etc.
Q: Tell me your plans for new ports or collections in the Mega Man series.
A: We are considering our approach to ports of past entries titles, which includes addressing technical issues.
A promising, if not cautiously optimistic response. For now, it gives us a small taste to ponder as we eagerly anticipate the future to reveal itself.
