Mega Man: Gear Masters #2 Pre-Orders Open, Keenbiscuit Variant Revealed

Pre-orders for Udon Entertainment's Mega Man: Gear Masters issue #2 are now available. Alongside the usual assortment of variant covers, the Udon Store is offering an exclusive cover illustrated by Keenbiscuit featuring Roll sporting a Proto Man-inspired look.

Each copy of the exclusive cover also comes with a collectible metal Roll card featuring artwork by Tavis Maiden.

Mega Man: Gear Masters #2 is written by Tavis Maiden with art by Ryan Jampole, and is currently slated to arrive in October.

Mega Man: Gear Masters #3 Covers and Solicitation

Lunar Distribution has published the covers and solicitation for Mega Man: Gear Masters #3, giving us our latest look at the upcoming issue:

"Dr. Wily’s newest Robot Masters are running rampant across the city, and with Mega Man out of commission, someone else will have to step up and stop the destruction.

Issue #3 features covers by Ryan Jampole, Nuri Durr, Tavis Maiden and Genzoman. Worth pointing out that Tavis Maiden’s cover directly homages Shigeto Ikehara’s Rockman manga adaptation, while Genzoman continues his tradition of paying tribute to the North American NES box art.

Gear Masters #3 is due to arrive in-stores on November 25th.

Mega Man: Gear Masters #2 Covers and Solicitation

Courtesy of Lunar Distribution, we have our first look at Mega Man: Gear Masters #2, along with the issue’s official solicitation:

Mega Man faces off against some of the most powerful Robot Masters yet, each infused with a piece of Dr. Wily’s Double Gear system! Can the Blue Bomber overcome these upgraded enemies, or will he be reduced to scrap metal?

Cover A features artwork by Ryan Jampole, Cover B is by Tavis Maiden, and Cover D is illustrated by Genzoman. Cover C is a collage of different classic series key art; no artist this time.

Mega Man: Gear Masters #2 is currently scheduled to arrive in stores on October 28.

Mega Man: Gear Masters Mini Comic Series Revealed

Via Lunar Distribution, UDON Entertainment’s follow-up to Mega Man Timelines has been revealed: Mega Man: Gear Masters. The new classic series title will be written by Tavis Maiden, with art by Ryan Jampole.

Here's the official solicitation:

"Mega Man returns in UDON’s first mini-series starring the classic Blue Bomber! With the threat of a new batch of robot masters, Dr. Light has upgraded Mega Man using the prototype Double Gear system. Problem is, Dr. Wily (the Double Gear’s creator) wants it back… by any means!! 

It’s all-out rumbling robot action in Mega Man: Gear Masters!"

Gear Masters #1 is currently scheduled to arrive in-stores on September 23rd, 2026.
