Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection Off-Screen Images - Trophies, Mystery Data Gallery & More

Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection Vol. 1 was featured at the Justdan Game Festival in Taiwan Festival last week. One lucky fan had the opportunity to go hands-on with Mega Man Battle Network 3 and captured some interesting images. Spoilers, I guess?

First up, it seems the newly revealed "Buster MAX" mode can be activated directly from the title launcher. This is pretty handy if you want to jump right in with extra firepower. You can adjust this setting from the in-game options menu any time as well.

The images in the top left and right and bottom left corner are from the Gallery. The "Mystery Data" section contains rare illustrations and concept art. It's also worth noting that artwork from Operate Shooting Star and Battle Chip Challenge are included, even though neither title is playable

In the bottom right image, we get our first clear look at the Trophies for the PlayStation 4 version (Nintendo Switch version will likely include the same as in-game "achievements"). There will be at least 56 trophies to collect in Volume 1. The highlighted trophy is called "A Moment of Laughter", which is earned by using the Humor/Humor Sense Navi Customizer part in Battle Network 3 White or Blue.

Lastly, here's a small sneak peak at the collection's credit. This is the first confirmation that Carey Yang has returned to reprise MegaMan.EXE from the Chinese dub. Akiko Kimura and Andrew Francis were previously confirmed.

Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection is due on April 14th, 2023. Coming up soon!

BTW... I wonder if we will have acess to all HD Battle Chips Artworks by entering the Gallery or if it will be only by Trading Screen.

    1. I would imagine so; after all, previous collections had artwork that was unlocked once certain conditions were met, such as collecting a specific amount or even beating the game once.

  4. Based on the images provides, it seems that the player can switch between languages. For once I will set to the original Japanese version.
