Several New Mega Man Figures Revealed at WonderFest

Hold on to your butts...

First up, Classic Mega Man from Sentinel Toys:

This is the first of a new 4-inch Mega Man line from Sentinel. They're planning figures for:

  • Power Adapter Mega Man
  • Jet Adapter Mega Man
  • Super Adapter Mega Man
  • Cut Man
  • Mega Man.EXE
  • Hub Style Mega Man.EXE
  • Dark Mega Man.EXE

Here's Sentinel's Mega Man.EXE. It was the only EXE figure on display:

No information on price or availability for Sentinel's figures are available at this time. Needless to say, though, it's VERY welcoming to see the EXE series receive new figures!

Also shown at WonderFest, a teaser from X-Plus Toys:

Yup; "Gigantic Series Zero." Looking at past Gigantic Mega Man figs, Zero could stand from anywhere between 10 and 14 inches.  It shouldn't be too long before X-Plus Toys posts prototype images somewhere.

In total, we're looking at eight new Mega Man figures for 2016 (including the previously announced Nendoroid X). Start gathering your funds; you're gonna be broke.

Thanks to everyone who sent these in!

  3. This is what I'm talking about more variety, I love that we're getting Cut Man and some EXE figures, and I know that I've been complaining about getting more of the same character, but that Classic Mega Man looks amazing, I dare say it's the best looking Classic Mega Man to date, and I'm gonna pick it up.

It'd be a dream come true if these guys could make some Star Force and ZX stuff, Like give me figures of Black Ace and Red Joker forms, and I will lose it.(in a positive way!) I'm excited for the new line though.

  4. Me: Classic MM looking neato and all the variant armors, MMEXE looking slick and will have the same treatment (I'm guessing) I can dig it so far. What the!? ZERO! Of course you're here, you are forever here. Why don't you give your little brothers and sisters a chance before ending the line, like a nice Ashe or maybe Serpent figure of some sort?

    Zero: Cold stare.

Me: Alright than, moving on. Cut Man hey looking sharp... A little chubby but sharp nonetheless.

  5. I had hoped that Tamashii Nations would continue releasing Megaman figures but this is very exciting to see. I really hope Sentinel makes a Protoman/Blues figure.

  6. Not too keen on the .EXE or Zero figures, but the rest sound like must haves to me.

  7. That is the best Mega Man figure I've seen. I have to get that one. It looks the most like classic Mega Man out of all the figures I've seen, in my opinion.

  9. Are these figures already built or do you have to build and paint them yourself like all those other garage kits from the past?

  10. It's like they don't understand that I'm trying to save money to move away next year.

  11. Why do companies keep releasing the zero series zero? It keeps tanking the figure lines, the d-arts/ sh figuarts megaman figures and kotobukiya model kits come to mind.

    1. OMG!!!!! EXACTLY!!!!! You figured they would learn from others! Companies SHOULD NOT DO Zero series Zero!!!!! Kotobukiya was doing good, they jumped to the Zero series, sales were not good so the line tanked. D-Arts/SH Figuarts line was doing well good, fans voted for Zero series Zero despite knowing of Kotobukiya's history, fans didn't believe it but still voted Zero series Zero and guess what... the line tanked! Leave the Zero series to the independent sculptors that show case at the festivals, they know how to get the job done correctly when it comes to the Zero series. Leave the Zero series to them!

    2. I wonder for those all you liking the news of Sentinel going to do Megaman do realize they are not cheap or in price range like how the D-Arts were. Your best example of how much they'll might cost is like the TruForce X.

    3. Don't forget Jazwares! A Megaman Zero figure was part of the end of that line too!

  14. Just when I get out they keep pulling me back in! I am really surprised that we're 15 comments in and I haven't seen the obligatory "We don't need more toys where the hell are the games?" comment.

    It's a good day. :)

  15. Why does every classic mega man figure have to have the now required eyeliner like he's got whiskers? I don't comprehend

  16. Hub and mmz have my interest peaked

  17. Definitely getting that Cut Man figure. Now if only we could get a Roll figure or two in this style my life would be complete.

  18. So it's going to be a 4 inch scale or a 6 inch scale? because the classic rockman should be about 4 inches to match the 6 inch scale.

    1. They'll be 4 inches tall, so that means they'll match that 6 inch scale.
