Still no word on a North American release (or Europe, for that matter). However, we do tend to get releases after Japan, so we'll probably expect something to surface in early 2012. Doubtful X2 will hit this week, but you never know.

Anon 1, I dont think making a port of a game makes a franchise any less dead. Hell, if that were the case this year would'va been a GREAT one for Megaman.

@First Anon: If they'd stop milking some franchises to the brink(Network in general, the later installments of Classic and X not including 9 and 10) and actually put more time into the sequels, it would be their best franchise. But because they don't it isn't.
Hopefully the sales of original X and X2(and most likely X3) will help convince Capcom to make a new X game.

ahhh it is possible getting the buster parts without the leg parts?? and megaman x is a coll franchise for me!!!
too bad the game doesn't play as fast as in the preview, it looks like it would be alot more fun to play if it ran at that speed.

Yes, it is possible, just defeat Wire Sponge, and get to the part. It's a little bit tricky to get it right. Just fast jump to the other side and try to "hook" the Wire weapon to the wall and immediately start jumping. If done corrctly, you can get the X-Buster upgrade without the boots :)
