Earlier this month, X-Plus announced plans to reissue its Gigantic Series Rockman figure. Now, Roll is joining him, with a reissue of the 11.8 inch figure planned for release in August.
Reservations are coming soon, with an expected 16,500 yen price tag (or roughly $103 USD). The figure appears to be the same as its original 2016 release, though like the Rockman reissue, this version of Roll seems to include a chibi accessory.

Considering Mega Man looks the exact same, Roll is possibly going to be the same as the original release too. I am looking forward to having these two in my collection, mainly because I was 13 when these originally came out and didn't have a job.

DeleteI am just mainly here to commentate really is all, but I am also sharing international shipping sites that Roll is up for preorder that I could find.
DeleteAlso, I wasn't kidding about the fan services. There's several people on X / Twitter talking about her panties in certain tweets.
I'll be honest, I'm somewhere in the middle but I am not crazy as some of these people online are.
Either way, it would be for the best to leave the design of the figure as is unaltered and not censored.
Not only changing it would ruin its original intentions of art, people will definitely be throwing baby fits over it no matter how we look at it.
If people are bothered by the design, then I personally in my honest opinion wouldn't recommend buying it, if it bothers anyone that just doesn't feel comfortable owning it.
Even still, I'm happy both MegaMan and Roll got reissued and the scalpers are going to suffer dreadfully for their aftermarket ones not selling.
It's not worth spending $900 for a Roll Figure, just for having a panty bottom being shown.

DeleteIt's not about sexy stuff. This is straight up PDF material. Gooner bait is already annoying as is, especially when it involves female characters that weren't designed to be sexualized. Oh, and it's only content where female characters are objectified. As a woman, it's honestly gross and makes me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
DeleteI already find it strange to have sexualization in MM products because, to me, it goes very far from the tone of the series, even the more mature sagas.

I'm currently reorganizing my place, it's pretty small but I've been wanting to display some of my collections for quite some time. A new display case would really add some character to my place.
