At long, long last, the third wave of Jada Toys' Mega Man line is now available to pre-order from Big Bad Toystore and Entertainment Earth. Each figure is priced at $29.99 and is expected to ship in October.
- Mega Man - BBTS | Entertainment Earth
- Bubble Man - BBTS | Entertainment Earth
- Wood Man - BBTS | Entertainment Earth
The $30 price tag was expected, especially with Bubble Man and Wood Man being slightly taller than earlier Robot Masters. Additionally, Mega Man includes a fully articulated Met—it's not just a static accessory. This added functionality and the upgraded materials contribute to the "Deluxe" label.
I’m really impressed the Met is a full on figure, I was expecting just a static accessory. Makes the bump to 30 go down smoother.
ReplyDeleteWith a little adjustment, MM's eyes look Toriyama-esque.
ReplyDeleteStated release is October. They'll be out by February 2026. We'll expect to see Wave 4 2027... by 2028 they'll announce Wave 5 which includes Pharaoh Shot Mega Man, Gravity Hold Proto Man and if we're lucky, a robot master. IF THE COMPANY IS STILL AROUND BECAUSE OF THE TARIFFS...
ReplyDeletePfft, Gravity Hold Proto Man…. But if he comes with a Power Muscler or even Nobita, would still be pretty cool.
DeleteIt's cool seeing Bubble man with two hands. I hope they do that with Crash Man, just for fun.
ReplyDeleteThe Leaf Shield effect isn't what I expected...
It’s like they took the Complete Works Leaf Shield and forced-perspective’d it into some kind of focused attack, ignoring the trails that show it’s still normal Leaf Shield.
DeleteNo doubt to keep the budget down. Wave 2 was already a little skimpy (Elec Man didn’t have a stand, Cut Man technically didn’t have an effect piece), and now Wave 3 has these big guys.
I expected... a shield. What we got was a shot.
