Mega Man X: Corrupted "Sea Wreckage" Gameplay

In the absence of an official Mega Man X title (c'mon, Capcom), fan-game Mega Man X: Corrupted continues to unhinge jaws everywhere. Developer JKB Games recently posted a full-walkthrough of the Sea Wreckage stage featuring Zero -- and it hits all the right notes. From level design and animation to the music and SFX, there's a little something here for everyone.

No further updates on a release date were provided at this time. Each day, however, brings us one step closer. Let's continue to give JKB Games our support!

For now, you can find additional gameplay and the like from the developer's official YouTube channel.

    2. I wouldn't say Anon needs to, but I liked what I saw of a Super Mario World hack I watched someone play a week ago. It looked kind of fun, but also appropriately challenging.

    3. But the games look fine as is without those things (and i dont even have x4 x5 or x6 or x3 i only got the zero/zx collection and i played x1 on emulator)

Also i just like playing official things that are licensed (its why i dont like 3rd party transformers) idk that just makes me feel better.

    4. Like I said on a different post, why comment? Nobody cares if you choose to avoid unofficial stuff. Your loss.

    5. I remember when "Zero Project" released its "final" update.
I think that was, like, v2.8 or 3.1 or something.

Guess it was about as "final" as Final Fantasy. Heh heh.

    10. @Tottoseru look for rom hacking in google.

@Anonymous if you find X6 fine... you probably never really played it , it was literally a Nightmare

Mega Man X3 Zero Poject 4.4 includes a fully playable ZERO, Save Option, and a Game Plus it can be also mixed with MSU-1 patch to be used with PS1 soundtrack
Mega Man 8 and X4 Improved includes a perfect localization (Japanese Voices / Songs and English Subtitles)
Mega Man X5 includes graphics fix, Japanese Songs / Voices, shared Hearths / Items and Disabling Navigator, etc
Mega Man X6 includes a ton of graphics fix, re-localized texts, Disabling Nightmare Effects and Navigators, etc

    11. You know... I really don't understand why CAPCOM themselves can't make these "improved" versions. Seriously. Make a patch. Make it DLC, I don't care. Put it on Steam. If some random dude can do it, certainly they can AND make a few bucks on it. I would totally pay for that.

    14. Your loss. Seems weird to miss out on a good experience just because of some weird principle, but you do you.

  2. This is already the greatest game ever to me. Capcom license this thing please!... so that I can have this in the official Mega Man canon.

  3. Looks nice, but I am seriously wondering if this game will be released sometime before my grandkids die of old age. If the devs can't get it out before then, they should at least try to target a release date that's sometime before the heat death of the universe.

  4. It's like, I don't want to watch too much of it so that it's all new and special on the, we'll call it, glorious day, it finally releases. Yet it is so hard to look away.

    1. If it's a worthwhile game, it'll feel new and special not just the first time, but every time you play it.

    2. Yeah, cause when i play star wars the force unleashed for the wii i feel like im playing it for the first time all over again

    1. Well, of course it does. This is the third brand new build of the game he had to "start over".
The first one was scraped because he lost a lot of stuff and didn't have cloud-saved.
The second one was discontinued 'cause flash died, so he ported it to Haxe. There was litteraly a bunch of livestreams of him JUST working on the port. And that was just on weekends.
