As anticipated, Mega Man is officially heading to Fortnite.
Epic Games has released the trailer for Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4: Override, bringing together a lineup of gaming icons, including Sonic, Crash Bandicoot, Joker from Persona 5 and, of course, Mega Man.
Mega Man appears sporting his updated Dual Override design and a cel shaded style. The trailer also shows the Mega Buster in action, suggesting the Blue Bomber’s signature weapon will play a role in the new season.
For now, it remains unclear how the Mega Man skin will be obtained, whether through the Battle Pass or the Shop.
Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4: Override begins August 20.

ReplyDeleteHe stands out like a sore thumb. Not sure why they chose that art style, but I don't play Fortnite to begin with, so whatever.
ReplyDeleteIf I may, I am excited to see Mega Man in Fortnite. However, there's something I would like to point out.
ReplyDeleteIn the promotional image for the new season, which was leaked early, the man known as Agent Jones was seen with a Buster. However, it's not the Mega Buster like what was seen in the trailer. Agent Jones is holding the X-Buster, which we know as Mega Man X's standard weapon. Either that was a detail oversight on the designer's behalf or we might expect more on the Mega Man collab with Fortnite in the future.
