Mega Man ZX, Mega Man Legends Timelines Get Back-to-Back Late October Release

Mega Man ZX Timelines
and Mega Man Legends Timelines are on the way to comic shops at last. After a brief delay, Lunar Distribution - Udon Entertainment's primary distributor - has scheduled ZX Timelines for October 22 and Legends Timelines for October 29. These dates now appear to be final and should also signal when pre-ordered copies will begin arriving in mailboxes.

If you're just catching up, here are the solicitations:

Mega Man ZX - Centuries in the future, a battle is fought over control of the Biometals – living artifacts that contain powerful weapon data! One person stands in the way of the destructive Pseudoroids and their hidden master using this power for evil – Vent, a Mega Man with the combined powers of Biometal Z and Biometal X!
Mega Man LegendsFar in the future, the Digger known as MegaMan Volnutt has discovered a valuable artifact from the distant past. Could it be the secret to unlocking a long-forgotten technology? The thieving Tron Bonne just wants to know… how much is it worth!? It’s an all-new adventure in the Halcyon Days!

    1. Mmm, I don't think it's -that- bad. It's ugly, but not like a 10 year old drew it.

    3. There's a difference between a technical skill issue, and an art style that doesn't mesh with a series.

    4. Oh, I agree that they’re probably a fine artist. But I also agree with Unknown’s ultimate point that the cover looks kinda poor. That’s what the Falcon meme is about, agreeing with the point but not with how it’s actually said.

    5. Oh, I thought you were saying I was basically saying that.

There's also the Marge variation - "He's right, but he shouldn't say it."

  4. I was wondering where these dates were coming from in League of Comic Geeks. I wonder if they hesitate to push it back any further, given that Arsenault gave a tentative November release date for the upcoming ongoing X series in an interview a while back (though that doesn't seem to be happening, given the lack of solicits. Perhaps they're still pushing for before the end of the year?)

  5. I hope the comics will give the conclusions to respective ZX and Legends stories.
