One of These D-Arts Figures is Not an April Fools' Joke
Rockman Unity is celebrating April Fools' Day with the unveiling of FOUR new D-Arts figures. Classic Roll (in Mega Man 8 duds), Ultimate Armor X, Iris, and Zero from the Zero series . Exciting!
Oh, wait. I did say it was April Fools'... didn't I? True, and Rockman Unity admits that. But ONE of these four figures, according to Ucchy, is the real deal. Only one character will be immortalized in plastic.
Who could it be? Let's speculate. Going by the evidence, only one image shows the engineering of a would be, typical D-Arts figure: Zero. But that's far too obvious, right? He might just be the red herring of the lot.
What do you think? Sound off in the comments.

“Between the Pages” Checks Out Worlds Collide
With several reports of the first Worlds Collide issue hitting mailboxes now, there's no time like the present to check out Bleeding Cool's “Between the Pages” Paul Kaminski interview. It's nearly fifteen minutes long, but well worth the watch if you're in need of more crossover hype!
Thanks for the tip, Tim!

Keiji Inafune Drops by Boss Battle Gallery, Draws Mega Man
In town for GDC, Keiji Inafune paid a visit to the Mega Man Boss Battle gallery art show. With pen in hand, he left his mark -- a fresh sketch of Mega Man, right next to the work of his fans. Hit the jump for a closeup.
Japan Getting Super Comfy Rock Buster Pillow
Because the merchandise train never stops, the E-Capcom store will be receiving a little something to rest your head on. Introducing the Rock Buster pillow; a comfy weapon of mass destruction that also doubles as a nice cosplay accessory. E-Capcom will be shipping these out in July, bundled with a nice helmet cap. It's the same one Ucchy wears!
For those living outside Japan, I'd like to remind you we have two similar products on our shores. Though they may not look as comfortable, GE Entertainment's buster and helmet cap are a lot more affordable. E-Capcom's set will run you 6,090 Yen (roughly $65)!

Mega Man X on Sale on iTunes
Yes, it's a questionable port. But for those who may be interested, I just thought you'd like to know. That's right; Mega Man X for iOS is 99 cents as part of Capcom's spring sale. It's normally $4.99, so if you were waiting for a cheaper price, there's no time like the present. The deal ends on April 1st.
For the Street Fighter fans, SFIV Volt, SFII Collection and SF X Tekken are also 99 cents each.

This Mega Man Game Doesn't Look Very Fun
A one sunxez recently stumbled upon this curious contraption in Seoul. It's a coin-op Mega Man arcade game. How does it work? Your guess is as good as mine. Guts Man looks pretty angry, though. I suppose we're trying to rack up points, or something? Eesh. I think I'd rather play "Cryodrone."
Hey, got any screwy, unofficial Mega Man goods on you? Shoot me an e-mail. We'd love to see what you got.

More Images of Collectible Mega Man Statue
Brett Elston has shared a few additional photos of the absolutely gorgeous Mega Man statue revealed at PAX East. Head over to Capcom Unity to check those out. Further, here's some facts:
- Made by: Multiverse Studios (same manufacturer of the successful Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Collector's Edition last year)
- Height: 10" x 6" base
- USB powered LED lights: spotlights on base, MM helmet and Buster
- Exclusive to the Capcom Store Only
- Limited number to be produced, each individually numbered (# units TBD but under 2000 for sure)
- Available for sale as a San Diego Comic Con exclusive
So... is it exclusive to the Capcom Store or SDCC? I'm working on getting clarification.

Commemorative Mega Man Figures Shown Off at PAX East
Okay, so Capcom did not flat out confirm a new Mega Man game at PAX East. It was a statement taken out of context. But hey, there was still some good news from the panel. In addition to release dates for Mega Man 4 and Mega Man 5 on the eShop, Capcom revealed the production of two new figures.
The first figure is a USB powered statue due out this summer at the San Diego Comic-Con. You can see a hi-res image of it after the break. The second figure has Mega Man and Mega Man X together as a representation of the X series' upcoming anniversary. This figure will be exclusive to the Capcom Store (source: Siliconera) .
New Mega Man Game in Development (Update: NOPE)
UPDATE: Well this is awkward. Brett just said over the Duck Tales stream he "doesn't know how news got out that a new Mega Man game is on the way, and that it is NOT what he said."
Further, Joystiq amended their original report with the following statement:
"Capcom has clarified Elston's comments, saying that a new Mega Man game has not been confirmed. The company is having "ongoing discussions about Mega Man," but it "won't announce anything until something is ready."
Original Story: According to Joystiq, Capcom Community Manager Brett Elston dropped a bomb at the World of Capcom panel at PAX East: a new Mega Man game is currently in development. Elston was unable to provide any further details, saying Capcom are not ready to officially announce the game just yet.
In other PAX-related Mega Man news, Capcom will be releasing a commemorative 25th anniversary statue. Mega Man 4 and Mega Man 5 were confirmed to hit the Nintendo 3DS eShop within the next two months on April 25 and May 16, respectively.
