Life-Size Aluminum Mega Buster on Display at Tokyo Game Show 2026

There's certainly no shortage of Mega Man: Dual Override collaborations and partnerships, and this one certainly falls under the more unusual (so far).

On display at the Dual Override booth at Tokyo Game Show this week is a full-size, 1:1-scale Mega Buster machined entirely from aluminum. Created in collaboration with Osaka-based manufacturing initiative FactorISM, the piece was modeled and machined by M’s Corporation with extreme precision.

Denken also used a process called anodizing to color the aluminum itself, developing a custom shade intended to closely reproduce Mega Man's signature blue. The team describes the finished color as the “ultimate blue.”

The life-size Mega Buster is not for sale (and even if it was, it sounds like it would cost several thousand dollars). If you happen to be in Japan for TGS, well, you can stop by the booth to check it out for yourself.
