Over the last couple months, WildBrain has been steadily uploading full, free episodes of Mega Man: Fully Charged to its official YouTube channel, finally giving the show a home beyond Amazon’s digital storefront. Now, the series is even easier to watch: all 52 episodes are available to stream for free on Tubi in the United States.
As with the YouTube uploads, Tubi presents Fully Charged in its paired-episode format. That means the original 52 11-minute episodes are bundled into 26 half-hour slots, each running roughly 22 minutes.
Why the sudden push to make Fully Charged easier to watch after all these years? Your guess is as good as mine. But it may be one more small piece of Capcom’s broader effort to expand Mega Man’s reach and strengthen the brand as a core IP.

DeleteFully Charged is meh to me, but some of the Robot Master designs are pretty neat, especially Wave Man and Drill Man.
ReplyDeleteAs a MMFC fan, ive been watching the show get uploaded to youtube slowly & they now seem to be publishing compliations weekly. I have a feeling once these compliations are done being uploaded then this show has got no hope of anything new, unless theirs any leaks.
ReplyDeleteIt had so much potential. I saw the pilot episode, maybe if they stuck to the 2d ben 10-like style of animation, maybe it wouldn't have looked this lame and plastic... I think it would've attracted a much larger audience for that reason alone.
ReplyDeleteFrom what I remember, there were complaints that it took a lot from Ben-10 in ways that didn't line up with what people thought a Mega Man series should be. For example, Dr. Light played dumb about Rock's abilities. I dunno - I only watched one episode and it came across as a bit too wacky-zany for my tastes.
