Splash Woman's an... interesting choice; I mean wasn't she built by Dr. Light? I like how she's got realistic proportions though and Wily's in the back just enjoying looking even more like a cartoon than before.

DeleteI was not expecting Splash Woman on the cover tbh, but nice art nonetheless. Sadly I can only access Udon stuff via Neon Ichiban, so no Splash Woman cover for me, at least not on paper.
