  1. I just don't understand this Vinyl thing...
Aren't CD's/BluRays/MP3's like way higher quality?

Whatever makes em happy I guess.

    1. Nope. Audio quality isn't lost on vinyl. You're hearing THE actual song

    2. Hmm. Guess I'm just too used to seeing/hearing static on records.
I've never had a working record player.

    3. Seeing in the movies, of course.

    4. Depends on what you mean by quality. Vinyl is an analog sound container and produces analog frequencies with a distinctive acoustic sound because of the way it's engineered. If that seems like a distortion of the source than you can quantify that quality based on that metric. Because of this a vinyl's sound is highly dependent on the sound system. Digital media such as CDs, computer devices and such using high quality formats such as lossless FLACs and high bit rate MP3s, are more precise and accurate at delivering digital productions as well as holding a stable frequency, but don't handle natural sounds like acoustics the same way as actual acoustic machines. Digital also has a more stable and pronounced dynamic range, basically vinyl is as physical as you can get with audio playback it comes with all the perceived benefits and disadvantages that come with that.

    5. Doesn't the disadvantage come with the record getting damaged by the needle over time, or is there a way to minimize that?

    6. Yup. But you could say the same about any form of music media. Tape snaps and distorts, records and cds can get scratched and skip and stutter, etc.

  5. BTW, Proto dude. I like the sprites how the viyal disc has 4 of the existing sprites from the games, Cut Man(Mega man), Magnet Man (Mega Man 3),Drill Man(Mega Man 4) and Galaxy Man (Mega Man 9).

But if you look close you'll see two new 8-bit sprites are made for the vinyl disc with Burst Man (Mega Man 7) and Block Man (Mega Man 11).

  7. Love the list, only glaring omission I can think for is Mr.X Stage form 6 (6 only 6 tracks is a shame in general). Very tempting purchase.
