Get Equipped With Dr. Light's Research Labs Shirt

Just in time for spring weather, ThinkGeek brings us a delightful new shirt:

It's hard when you work in the World Domination industry. Trust us. We here at ThinkGeek know. You develop something awesome, and then another genius in the organization develops something even more awesome which makes nobody remembers your awesome any more. So obviously, to counter that you have to go out and program a robot army for revenge, and then when your coworker realizes, he'll turn one of his lab assistant into this mega fighting robot man. Like ya do.

"Dr. Light's Research Labs / Built to Rock and Roll" printed in white over an arm cannon design on the front of this 100% cotton shirt. Imported. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry.
Grab yours here.

Thanks for the tip, Eric.

  3. Boooo! Boooooo!! Horrible joke! C'mon... That piece of fan art for the UDON thing with Rock and Roll dancing to Rock 'n Roll? That was funny! This is just lazy, boring, and not at all funny. Not a thing on this shirt explicitly even says "Rockman".

No, I'd rather have a shirt with a giant, 8-bit 1-up sprite that people could recognize and go "Oh hey, Mega Man!" And this coming from someone who's sick of the 8-bit trend Capcom's on right now.

    1. They do have a point though. While MM fans will get the pun, it'll go over the heads of most people.

Heck, even if the franchise kept the name Rockman in localization this would still go over the heads of people because no where on it does it state 'Rockman'. Or even Mega Man for that matter.

    2. Please stop. We have a right to say anything. Have a respect. At least, we are telling the truth. You are the one who frown all the time. Obviously, you are the hypocrite here. Jeez!

  6. Yeah, I have to agree with the consensus. That shirt is really bleh. Paying more than $20+ for a t-shirt wouldn't be so bad if the design were better. Some recognizable characters would have been nice. I don't want to pay all that money for dumb font, a minimalist buster, and a lame joke.

  7. Is this even an official product? There's no trademarked names I don't see any logos or copyright text anywhere.

Can't blame Capcom for something they didn't endorse.

  8. I gonna bet the next new T-Shirt has "Rock&Roll" Tagline word and at the back of the shirt has "Bass and Blues for life" word only and still regard as a Megaman merchandise from Capcom.....

So easy to exploit the fan eh Capcom......

  9. Meh. Don't care to it.
Unrelated: Does Udon have any plans to release Rockman Maniax in English, as well as other Rockman books?
