New Images of Those Creepy Mega Man and Proto Man Statues (Zero, Too!)

Ron English's unique Mega Man and Proto Man "grin statues" made have resurfaced at Capcom's E3 2019 booth. And this time, they brought a new friend...

First seen back in February, these officially-licensed statues are reportedly going on sale soon via Mind Style. What's more, we also have a look at a brand-new grin statue: Zero. Just look at those pearly whites!

If you're interested in 'em, keep your eyes peeled to Mind Style in the coming days.

These are facts. It is what it is.

  5. And the faces still look better than first four figures can figure out. WILD

  6. I think these things are unique in terms of an eye-catching collectible, and the sculpts are actually well done, accurate, and a nice size. It's just...I'd really like if these things have alternate heads. I know that's probably not the case, but these things are super good looking otherwsie!

  9. I feel like they'd be better if they came with a tiny surgical mask to cover their mouths, like the Kuchisake-onna.

  11. If it weren't for those messed up faces they would look alright, but the faces completely ruin it.

  13. His “artwork” always reminds me of small time “artist” peddling their over the top peculiar work at Venice beach Ca. It’s interesting to look and wonder “how the heck could you come up with this” sort of interest but never buy. I don’t know, just seems like it’s tainting the mega man brand. It’s just unwanted.... Just my 2 lemon shots.

  14. It'd be cooler if they added some creepy redesign details to the characters. At least the grin on Zero fits my favorite fan-fiction portrayal of him, lol. I'd get that one, if none of the others.
