One Sketch Per Day by Yoshihiro Iwamoto

From April 10th to May 6th, the author of the Rockman X manga, Yoshihiro Iwamoto, uploaded one unique sketch per day to his Twitter account. He drew things from Sailor Moon, B-Fighter, Ultraman and of course Rockman.

Surprisingly enough, he even ventured from his X series comfort zone and draw two fantastic pieces of Rock Volnutt and Tron Bonne from the Rockman DASH series! You can find all the Rockman art after the break!

The Entire Rockman X Novel is Now Available in English

Originally released on January 26th, 2017, Rockman X The Novel -Irregulars Report- is the novelization of the Rockman X1's plot, but it's not actually based on the game. Instead, it's based on the manga adaptation by Yoshihiro Iwamoto. The book, written by Tsubasa Todoroki and published by PHP Institute, contains more than a dozen new black & white illustrations by Yoshihiro Iwamoto himself.

Shortly after the release of the novel, a group of fans began to translate it to English. Unfortunately, the project came to a halt at the end of 2018 with the release of the third chapter. Fast forward to today, we are happy to report that the novel has finally been translated, thanks to the efforts of our good friend Sidier. Sidier should be familiar to most of you, as we have published many articles with his translations.

For your convenience, we have consolidated both translations - the original three chapters and Sidier's work - cleaned up the illustration scans and made a single PDF archive so you can read the book on a tablet. You can download it here.

With the help of our friend Hyper we also made an Ebook/EPUB version to make it easier in your eyes if you want to read it on your phone. You may encounter some text formatting issues depending on the reader you use, If you are an Android user I recommend you to use Moon+ Reader. You can download the EPUB version here.

We don't know if the novel will ever receive an official translation to English or other languages. In the meantime, you can support the publisher buying the Japanese edition here.

Rockman X Giga Mission Translation Project: The Cards

After bringing you the translation of the Rockman X Giga Mission manga some weeks ago, we're back to finish the job. We're happy to present you with an English translation of the 24 carddass cards that came with the Rockman X Giga Mission set. These cards are printed on holofoil paper (called Prism Cards in Japan) and feature the full Giga Mission storyline. While the manga contains only the most important bits of the story, these cards include additional info.

Once again, this was possible thanks to the collaborative effort of Digi148 (scans), Maverick Hunter K (translation) and yours truly, Reploid 21XX (cleaning and typesetting). Without further delay, enjoy the translation after the the break!

Rockman X Giga Mission Translation Project: The Manga

Released earlier this past August, the Rockman X Giga Mission set from Bandai comes with a binder, 24 carddass collectible cards, and a booklet featuring a 10-page manga illustrated by Yoshihiro Iwamoto. The story of Giga Mission is set between the events of Rockman X5 and Rockman X6 following the crash of the Eurasia colony on Earth.

Rockman X Giga Mission Carddass: Zero Armor Design Contest Winner Announced
