Hiya Toys has unveiled the next figure in its Mega Man X Exquisite Basic series: Ultimate Armor X. Better yet, pre-orders are already open at Big Bad Toy Store, with the figure expected to ship in Q3 2027.
That may still be a ways off, but Hiya Toys has released plenty of images to tide us over until then.

This new EXQUISITE BASIC Series X Ultimate Armor Version Action Figure stands 15.5CM tall, faithfully bringing this legendary armor to life based on the original design. The purple-black body pairs with gold trim and blue armor, while energy crystals on top highlight the power of ultimate form.
The figure supports two-form switching with two wings sets, allowing you to easily recreate multiple classic looks. In normal form, mount wings with a firing effect part to recreate X's close-range attack pose. In Nova Strike form, attach Nova Strike Wing Unit with dedicated components to recreate the instant X bursts forward at high speed.
Accessories include 3x interchangeable faces, along with 3x pairs of interchangeable hand parts and X-Buster effect parts. A separate HIYA LOGO badge features a built-in magnetic control switch that interacts with the cannon muzzle—bringing the badge close activates three lighting modes (Flash, Breathing, and Steady), recreating the charging effect of the Ultimate Armor's energy cannon. With magnetic soles, X can securely adhere to metal surfaces, posed and ready to leap into action.
