Mega Man ZX Timelines #1 Covers and Solicitation

Courtesy of Lunar Distribution, here are three cover variants and solicitation for Mega Man ZX Timelines issue #1:

Centuries in the future, a battle is fought over control of the Biometals – living artifacts that contain powerful weapon data! One person stands in the way of the destructive Pseudoroids and their hidden master using this power for evil – Vent, a Mega Man with the combined powers of Biometal Z and Biometal X!

This issue is written by Matt Moylan, with covers by Dax Gordine (A), Hanzo Steinbach (B) and Andrew Dickman (C). Mega Man ZX Timelines is due to hit comic shops in August.

    1. If Lunar's website is to be believed, the first issue hits the streets on 6/11/2025, which is odd because the X book is slated for 6/18. If I had to place a bet, neither date will be met. We shall see.

    2. I believe those are the dates retailers can place their order, rather than street dates.

    3. It says right there:
      Initial Due Date: 3/27/2025
      FOC Date: 4/28/2025
      In-Store Date: 6/11/2025

Regardless, can you keep us posted on actual in store availability? My comic shop could not say for certain they would get them, just "probably". I'd prefer to buy from him rather than online, given a choice. But if he doesn't get stock, the window becomes narrow.

    4. Hmm... odd. I'll do my best. I know Udon hasn't relented from their original dates we saw in the promos.

  2. Cover B is amazing, definite purchase. I don't have high hopes this will sell well but fingers crossed

  3. I love cover C! It's just so wholesome!

  4. Ah, the fifth wheel of main timeline eras. I think it speaks volumes that they couldn’t even come up with a proper C cover and just made time paradox nap time. And I *like* the C cover!

  5. I want a poster of Cover C over my dog's food bowl.

  6. Wish it was written by someone else. Matt Moylan's a real piece of work.

  7. We seriously need a battle network and star force comic!

  8. Holy crap, Cover A is ugly. And Cover C is just confusing, but kind of charming anyway.

Cover B is probably the "best" one by default. A bit boring, though.

  9. A is awful, B is a little subpar. B looks pretty decent except for prome's face. next to A though, it's the mona freakin' lisa. C looks fantastic though. not very ZX, but at least it's pleasant to look at.

  10. It’s sad that cover C looks the best, and has the least to do with ZX
