Last week we caught a peek at David Espinoza's exceedingly awesome Hollywood-quality renders of the Mega Man 2 cast. Today, Kotaku brings us a look at two more of equal quality: Crash Man and Quick Man.
The Crash and Quick renders were produced by Yoshi Vu, friend of David Espinoza. Vu is said to be currently working on a Wood Man render, so do look forward to that. Wouldn't it be great if Vu and Espinoza rendered all the Robot Masters? I'd love to see that!

Mega Man Fan-Film First Screening Rescheduled
Originally planned to screen over the weekend in New York, Eddie Lebron's Mega Man fan-film is making the jump to Washington D.C.
The director announced on the movie's official blog the first publicly screening will take place at DC Anime Club in Washington D.C On May 15th at 3:30PM. The event is free and Eddie, along with two other producers, are expected to make an appearance. There's also a good chance the actor who plays Mega Man, Jun Naito, will be in attendance as well. Check out the DC Anime Club's Facebook page for more details on the screening. If you can't attend, you'll still be able to see the movie on May 7th when it will be freely distributed online.
In related MM fan-film news, Eddie and his team announced they've begun accepting donations from fans, which will be used to pay for "the music, DVD production, streaming options, and other aspects related to the release of the film." Donating $5-$10 yields a complimentary copy of the film on DVD, while a donation between $11 to $25 will get you the DVD, a copy of "Mega Man: Origins" the film's prequel comic, and your name within the film's credits. There's more prizes to be had, so check out this blog post for the complete run down of goodies.
Should the film allowing embedded streaming, I'll be featuring it here on the blog May 7th.

Servbot In Lost Planet 2
Capcom recently rolled out a new trailer for Lost Planet 2, which highlights some the game's latest features. As evident at the 1:12 mark, an oversized Servbot head is just one of the many accessories players can don in the game:
The Servbots, and their likenesses, have appeared in several non-Mega Man Capcom games for quite some time, with their most popular appearances being in Dead Rising, Marvel vs. Capcom 2, and the more recent Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. I'd like to think their growth in popularity is a sign of things to come; namely a Legends series revival -- but that's merely wishful thinking at the moment.
Lost Planet 2 is releasing on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on May 11th.

Bass Added To Retro Mega Man 10 Art
The awesome Mega Man 10 triptych just got a bit awesomer. Artist Gerald de Jesus updated the piece to include third playable character Bass, who certainly looks quite menacing -- in a good way.

Zero Collection On June 8th (Update)
It's official: Mega Man Zero Collection will arrive on North American store shelves on June 8th for $29.99, according to a press release put out by Capcom today.
High-res boxart!
"We are mega busting with joy to announce that Mega Man Zero Collection for Nintendo DS is shipping on June 8th to all retailers in North America. This exciting new release includes all four Mega Man ZERO games previously released for GameBoy® Advance on one DS cart. Mega Man Zero Collection will be available for the low price of $29.99.
The first Mega Man ZERO game was released in 2002. It featured Zero, a popular Capcom character that was introduced in the Mega Man® X series. The Mega Man ZERO series follows Zero through a dark and thrilling 2D action-adventure with high-quality visuals and action. Users can expect to make use of Zero’s trademarks weapons like the Z-sabor and Buster Shot. There will also be interesting devices like the Chain Rod and Zero Knuckle. For the first time, the Mega Man ZERO series will be available for Nintendo DS™, complete with all-new modes.
Whether its reliving Mega Man ZERO memories or simply feeding that 2D action craving, Mega Man Zero Collection is definitely a must-have for your Nintendo DS collection. Expect new modes like “easy scenario” which provide a much more forgiving cyber-busting experience without holding back any of the fun.
We got big plans in store for Capcom Unity and Mega Man Zero Collection! We're also launching the official Mega Man Zero Collection website later today, so stay tuned for more details!
Pre-order your copy at Capcom's online store or wherever games are sold.

Rockman 3 Arrives On PlayStation Store
A month ago, Capcom and Sony held a raffle where 30 lucky gamers won an exclusive download of Rockman 3: Complete Works on the Japanese PlayStation Store. Didn't win? Not to worry, you'll still have a chance at obtaining the game. Capcom announced tonight that the title is seeing a public release on the JPN PlayStation Store today, April 28th for 600 Yen. There is no region restriction for PlayStation Store, meaning you can purchase the game even though you don't own a Japanese PS3. All you need to do is set up a Japanese PSN account (instructions here) and have access to a JPN PlayStation Network Card to redeem cash for yen (instructions here).

Capcom Trademarks 'Mega Man Universe'
Capcom USA has filed a trademark that may offer a peek at a future, unannounced Mega Man game. On April 21st, the company registered the title "Mega Man Universe" over at the U.S Patent and Trademark Offices:
The news comes a day after Capcom's community manager Seth Killian hinted that a 'rad' Mega Man concept was in the works. Perhaps Mega Man Universe is just that?
[Mega Man Universe Sounds Like Capcom's Next Mega Man Project] thanks, Colin
