    1. Hopefully he'll be voiced by Garry Chalk as well?

  2. Hypno Woman, Chemistry and Chemical Man?
Thank God this is non-canon, at least Capcom won't acknowledge these abominations in MM11 or any other Mega Man game.
And it's on the App, so it's chances of getting cancelled and fading into obscurity is high. Which is a good thing.

    1. You do realize Capcom basically approved everything about this show, right? They could make references or even use them as cameos if they wanted to.

    2. You never know though. Look at SEGA. When the Sonic Boom show came out they had Sticks the Badger as a character for the show, then bam....they put her in an official Mario & Sonic Olympic game -_-

    3. Sticks is different because despite some *slight* style change, her design was pretty much that of modern Sonic.

For MM:FC though, the style is different from classic or any other game. A small reference or cameo is possible, but if they were to use them as actual characters they'd need a redesign.

    4. Meanwhile, in Japan...

Choice Man! Lever Man! Reversi Man! Coin Woman! Chance Man! Aaaannnnnd... Replay Man!

Yeah, if you attack the cartoon's Robot Masters, then attack Pachislot Rockman Ability's Bosses as well. Also, I'm legit concerned over the anon below who keeps vomiting in the comments section. They're gonna vomit their brains out some day soon.

  3. Honestly, this show has not been terrible at all up to now, despite initial cringe reactions to the contrary. It has been quite enjoyable. The little pixel art scenes and 8-bit music are a nice touch as well. I'm looking forward to the Guts Man episode. I also hope Wave Man finds his precious alligator one day. Fire Man being anti-human is rather interesting as a plot element, since he's likely going to keep it up for a while.

    2. My brother really likes this show but I personally think it's a waste of time as it betrays the source material such as Mega Man not killing the Robots to get their abilities but stealing them and suffering the side effects, way too many off color references to the games such as Bert Wily, and the fact that the character designs are kinda lame.

  4. After reading the description for Episode 13, all I have to say is… "What. The Guts."

It'll probably be a lotta jolly fun, though. I've really been enjoying this "kid's show," myself! Watched every episode, as 6:30 AM. Wish more people would give it a chance…

  5. I assume Chemistry Man and Chemical Man are meant to be the same and one of them is just a typo?

    1. I'm not sure. Could be siblings? Or could be a typo.

    2. The show's composer says it's a typo: https://twitter.com/orchetect/status/1033454764908982272

  6. Are Chemistry Man and Chemical Man not the same person?

  7. Oh God, why is this MegaMan's crush some girl named "Ashley Adderley"...

    1. I have no idea. I'm going to presume that human/robot relationships aren't really frowned on?

  8. I find the show kind of refreshing, to be honest. I ended up getting to watch all 10 episodes on Day 1 and found it to be enjoyable. I understand it's not for everyone (of course) but I also don't think it's the trainwreck that many people thought it would be.

There's also something to be said about having something that kids can watch with families (that also has the benefit *for the moment* of having a new entry in the Classic franchise coming out for it as well.) . Between this, the colored Ariga re-releases, 11, and Smash Ultimate, Classic looks to be having a banner year that is hopefully the start of a brand-new rebirth.

Whether it's your cup of tea or not, this is one way to get the franchise a boost with fans both new and old. We all got into this franchise somehow and if this is one way to get a new generation interested in Mega Man, then I'm happy to see it happen.

  10. Cool beans. Curious to see what Guts Man and Wood Man will look like. The mystery of the green beaker bot has been revealed.

    1. I'm excited for their looks, too! Seriously, I gotta admit, for an uncommon character, I wasn't expecting GUTS Man to debut in the show! I'm like, "OH YEAH!... wait... Is it TRUE!?" And others can be like, "Meh...", but I don't care about the complaints, I'm just excited to see the next 8 episodes!

  11. This show isn't as terrible as I thought, its more hit and miss, but the robot masters have been entertaining and I like the two show only ones. Capcom could certainly use more girl bots.

  12. I really hope that it's Chemical Man and not Chemistry Man. The latter would be truly stupid. Hypno Woman sounds kinda cool, but Blasto Woman is pushing it. Looking forward to the new episodes though!

    1. It must be nice knowing you're completely wrong in that regard. This show is actually doing better than you think.

    2. Well I wouldn't say that exactly. It certaibly hasn't been a surprise hit.

  14. GUTS MAN!? I thought he wouldn't make an appearance in this series! WOW!

    1. I don't like the changes they made to him. He is supposed to be a construction bot, not an eating machine. -_-
