Mega Man Legacy Collection 1 Nintendo Switch Gameplay

The latest episode of Capcom TV had a small feature on the Nintendo Switch version of Mega Man Legacy Collection 1. Here, Ucchy-san and his cohorts showed off the new Nintendo Switch-exclusive rewind function. Simply hold down the L button to roll back time and give yourself a do-over.

Additionally, Ucchy-san showed off some Japanese retail exclusive preorder bonuses – keychains, desktop wallpapers, and postcards – and the coloring pages from the Japanese-exclusive limited edition.

Mega Man Legacy Collection 1+2 for Nintendo Switch is due out on May 22nd, 2018.

  1. Wasn't it originally only the Legacy Collection 1 that was going to have the rewind feature? If it's in both, that makes me way more excited. I have a lot less patience for difficult games these days than I did when I was a kid; MM9 and 10 are just not all that fun to me, but I'd be willing to give them another playthrough with the rewind feature.

    1. That’s kinda sad to hear just cause I love 9 still. Even growing playing MM from the late 80’s/Early 90’s

    2. They do have a lot of redeeming qualities; I just don't have a lot of patience for some of the boss fights. Especially in 10, with that crazy gel two-eyed robot thing in the fortress. Haven't made it past that one, to be honest. =/

    3. It's not in both. The rewind feature is only in 1-6.

  2. I keep forgetting that Bolneze Pierrot is part of the Japanese Capcom Unity crew. How they got a world-class clown interested in video games is beyond me, though.

(I'm kidding. I don't know who that guy is.)

  3. Yeah... without hard copies of MM 9 and 10, they won't be getting so much as a penny out of me. Screw Capcom!

    1. Why? 9 and 10 aren't tied to any form of online DRM, and they also weren't ever released physically.
