UPDATE - Japanese top five:
Donner Wels
Floß Schildkröte ("Turtle Raft" in German)
Mürbe Krebs ("Crumbly Crayfish" in German
1 earned that win; let's see what Japan thought...
ReplyDeleteAwesome. They're all very good.
ReplyDeleteThe Panzerbohrer looks too much like that one boss from ZX Advent.
ReplyDeleteTriple Changer is the bomb. Wow. I'd want to fight that!
ReplyDeleteHey guys, just wanted to say thanks to anyone who showed some love for Seeteufel, MegaMan Legends Station's big collaboration entry. :D There are some fantastic entries in the top five here, and it feels amazing to be included among them!
ReplyDeleteYup, Japan kicks USA's ass. Someone from there will win.
ReplyDelete@ty
ReplyDeleteWeeaboo
Oh no. Seriously, LOOK at their designs. They're amazing; far more creative than ours.
ReplyDeletePanzerbohrer or the Undecided...
ReplyDeleteThat. That is a tough call.
To be honest, I'm not really a big fan of many of the designs chosen... even from the Japanese side. But oh well, they definitely earned their win, and it's such a great honor for them to have come this far! So congratulations either way.
ReplyDeleteI cant help think the octopus one reminds me of previous megaman ones and the level design matches that of a DS Zelda game final bosses.
ReplyDeleteDamn you Japan for having better artwork than the ones who make the art for Legends 3! X_X
ReplyDeleteYou never know... Their concepts are really detailed, but all ideas are good. Imagine seeing Mecha Duck in the game! XD
ReplyDeleteIs it just me, or does Scylla look like the big fish from Bubble Crab's stage in Mega Man X2?
ReplyDelete@ty:
ReplyDeleteWe did. Triple changer is better.
@ty:
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, that's usually the case in contests like these. :/ Not surprising at all; their designs are fantastic.
@Anon 4:
STFU, troll. Japan did kick our ass. End of story. Sorry if you don't like to admit such things.
@ ty: Sure, their designs are more creative, but will creativity in design help in battles against Megaman in-game? That's for the devs to decide.
ReplyDeleteAt this point, it's basically whatever has a solid chance of fitting in the storyline, how well it'll do in battle, and how it'll make the battle challenging for the player.
So, yes. What Anon #4 said.
Lol I was just playing around with the weeaboo comment no need to be so uptight Ashy ;) besides if we were going for artwork yeah then I'd agree Japan's is top notch over the US but if I were to pick the one I'd want to fight out of all of those it would be the Triple Changer. It's an awesome design, it's innovative and I could see it as the biggest challenge to fight over the other entries. These are of course just my opinions. So I'm sorry for the weeaboo comment ty.
ReplyDeleteMaybe a random Bonne machine boss? Depending of the player's actions before entering the ruins, the Bonnes will build 1 out of X possible mechas to use in the ruins.
ReplyDeleteplease, someone can put a link with all the japaneses submissions? even if they don't all wii, i'm curious to see what they made!
ReplyDeletethanks if someone do it ^^
