GameWatch are reporting that the two mobile phone Rockman EXE titles, 'Phantom of the Network' and 'Legend of the Network' are being re-released today on Capcom's mobile phone network for 525 Yen (approx. $5.80). What's neat about this report is the included imagery. GameWatch is showing off official artwork of both games' exclusive characters:
This is quite possibly our first real good look at these characters who've only made brief appearances in subsequent Rockman EXE art books. Very neat to say the least!

Wow, the girl next to RevolverMan greatly reminds me of Luna. --FlashMan
ReplyDeleteHis name is RideMan, and that's his operator, Cherise.
ReplyDeleteis this game for a cell phone?
ReplyDeleteI never knew about Rideman.
ReplyDeletePort to DS, plox.
She does look similiar to Luna. Too bad they only made it for the cell phones in japan. Most of us will never be able to fight her navi nor the other guys as well. Cache was in the Beast+ series and I believe the guy on the far right is hatman? Don't remember for sure since we already have a magic man from the first game in the exe series.
ReplyDeleteFar left is RideMan, then Cherise, then Cache, then HatMan. No art of Mr. Hat and his son, though? Huh.
ReplyDeleteAlso, RideMan and Cherise never even appeared in an artbook as far as I know. Very cool find, Protodude, I've always wanted to see some close-up art of those two.
I wonder if that cowboy-like one somehow inspired Capricorn when they made Rockmen R's Rapid Man?
ReplyDeleteThis is cool though, and it'd be even better if they released these outside of Japan (I doubt they will, sadly!).
Legend of Network came out after the EXE no Subete and EXE no Himitsu official books were put together
ReplyDeleteAw, and I just made a larger-scale version of that picture of Hatman. That is a much more accurate look.
ReplyDeleteRideMan.EXE & HatMan.EXE? Man, they sure can give cool concepts bad names in EXE.
ReplyDeleteSome answer their phone since they failed to remember which one they utilized as their ringing sound. So they get their phone just no doubt. mobile tracker
