The authentic coding is cool, but it just seems kind of lazy when instead they could have had something that allowed an option to allow us to also play it lag-less, etc. The Challenge Mode just seems to be taking old elements from the actual games (like finish a boss or get past this part of the stage) instead of producing newly designed challenges for this collection. While it is cool they translated data base entries from PS1 Complete Works.. why not have all of the PS1 MM game's features included into this collection as an option? There was hard mode, a nav, etc. It just seems like it would have been neat to have added that into the collection and would have been a worthwhile incentive to buy these games again. And no Wii U port? Seems like a waster opportunity especially since MM was featured in Smash so the whole Wii U userbase is at least a little more interested in the character..Oyajitchihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12617249249841283479noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4080026879350344019.post-53733457160419437852015-07-16T19:29:56.139-05:002015-07-16T19:29:56.139-05:00I'll have you know that the games were present...I'll have you know that the games were presented in October, NOT September.

*takes off nerd glasses*Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4080026879350344019.post-59606640363922353412015-07-16T18:13:33.758-05:002015-07-16T18:13:33.758-05:00So many Anonymous-es! You go between one screen and the other, the cyan kinda does start resembling the seafoam green we perceive Cut Man's stage being colored...

Old color outputs are tricky business indeed, given there really is no truly "correct" overall color with the NES, only really good ballpark figures.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4080026879350344019.post-75225224177890284722015-07-16T08:39:11.573-05:002015-07-16T08:39:11.573-05:00Well that was certainly a response.Well that was certainly a response.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4080026879350344019.post-91535071695228012172015-07-16T08:21:53.619-05:002015-07-16T08:21:53.619-05:00I have to point out that the right pic (full size)...I have to point out that the right pic (full size) has less color then the left pic (original size). And then people say that this collection is better then the anniversary collection and they want to demonize the anniversary collection for details like this too. Listen people it is a fact if you want the "perfect" megaman 1-6 genuine experience then you need to do the following: 1. buy a nes 2. buy megaman 1-6 on the nes and 3. play megaman 1-6 on the nes because it doesn't get anymore "legit" then that. As for me I will stick with my anniversary collection on my xbox 360 (which all xbox 360s are backwards compatible with original xbox games) to play the classic megaman games for now until capcom does something better.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4080026879350344019.post-20783464148614334512015-07-16T05:11:33.688-05:002015-07-16T05:11:33.688-05:00This is neat, but I still wish there was Endless m...This is neat, but I still wish there was Endless mode and the ability to play the remixed soundtracks from the Music Player.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4080026879350344019.post-5677214408034981702015-07-15T23:21:55.409-05:002015-07-15T23:21:55.409-05:00I'm sorry 1993, it's not like I just being...I'm sorry 1993, it's not like I just being satirical and pulled a random date out my a** because I'm not an elitist a-hole that feels the need to show off every bit of trivia from the vast knowledge sitting at the tips of the very foundation of my memory. It's also not like even if I did care and was trying to be accurate I couldn't just google the dates as easily as I come up with them.

You're gonna tell me next how the right shade of blue was used with specific vectors that accurately depict the original games played on the perfect CRTs the games were originally played on when Capcom presented them to the public on September, 4, 1987 5:57.10PM EST, at the Chūō-ku, Osaka event center for electronic entertainment.< Don't bother criticizing this, it's a joke using inaccurate information, if you couldn't tell.

Point is man, even if the latest game dated 1998 it would still be over hyped for 8-bit games literally available on current platforms that most people who are interested in them have bought and played many times by 2015 approaching 2016.

But this game was made for you, laughing out loud and pointing your finger saying 'hey look at this guy, he doesn't even know that Mega Man in Mega Man 5 was using a variant of the New Mega Buster with modifications and not a complete upgrade like the New Mega Buster. LOL what a fraud!
