Your next control check to play a block this turn gets +X. X equals 3 minus the printed difficulty of the destroyed foundation (minimum 0).
-------
Cutman's R effect as I said depends on when you lose momentum during your opponent's turn (I'm assuming to boost this, he has block effects on his attack cards that drain your momentum as an effect, causing them to discard during your opponent's turn) When this happens, you get to use a card from the top of your deck as a foundation card of sorts.
Cutman's E effect let's you discard one of your foundations in order to gain a damage boost. However it makes blocking a possible counter more difficult. All in all, you are thinning the deck out to get what you want.

This seems to be Cutman's tactic. Cutting the deck size in half to swing in swiftly for a heavy hit.

-----
Fireman
27 life, 6 cards
E: Your attack gets +X damage. X equals half the printed damage of the preceding attack in your card pool. (rounded up)
R commit 1 foundation: After you block with an attack card, your opponent's next attack this turn gets -X damage. X equals half the printed damage of the blocked attack. (rounded up)
-----

E Effect: Useful when you already attacked and are playing another attack. When you play a second attack, you can raise that attack's damage by half the previous one's damage (so if it was say - 8 damage, the attack would deal +4 damage)

Reaction Commit 1 Foundation: When your opponent attacks you, and you block successfully, you can commit a foundation in order to reduce an attack (if they play one) by half the previous attack's damage.

He is basically a power-based character with counter-measures.

-----
Gutsman
32 life, 5 cards
R: After you check an attack, add it to your hand. Only playable once per turn.
First E Add 1 foundation from your staging area to your card pool face down: Your non-throw attack with a damage of 4 or more gets +3 damage and Stun: 2.
-----
Reaction: When you do a control check, and the card that was discarded for the control check is an attack card - you get to put it into your hand instead. Only once per turn.

First E: This must be the first effect you play on your turn in order to use it. You add a foundation from your staging area to your card pool (where you play cards) which makes the next card have a bit more difficulty, however it has a great bonus of hitting hard, and making your opponent commit 2 of their foundations or cards in the staging area. Giving you an advantage to hit them again without risk of interference.

Gutsman is just as much a heavy hitter as he is in the games c'B

Hope this helps!Tokenhttp://tokenduelist.tumblr.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4080026879350344019.post-87288191056846681972013-08-21T11:08:42.664-05:002013-08-21T11:08:42.664-05:00X Life = How much HP your character has
X Cards = ...X Life = How much HP your character has
X Cards = Your hand size. When you start the game, that is how many cards your character can use. The larger the amount of life, the less cards your character can have.
Momentum - The stack of cards underneath your character. This builds up via successfully playing Attack cards without them being stopped, and managing to damage the player with them. They can also be piled by a card effect.
R = Reaction - A reaction is just what it sounds like, when the action is fulfilled (In this case for Cutman, when you lose momentum caused by your opponent (or one of your card effects) you get to use the effect on the card.
E = Effect - You can use this effect on your turn any time you like, usually only once per turn. Unless otherwise stated.
Control Check = When you play a card, you need to send the top card of your deck to the discard pile (or to your hand if a character has an effect that says so) and all the cards have a printed number on the bottom right. This is the control value. It needs to be equal to or greater than the difficulty (top left of the card) of the card you are trying to play in order to play that card. Control Checks can be modified via effects or by Committing Foundation Cards. (Tapping/Turning a card sidewase, signaling that unless the card says so - you can't use anymore effects on it during your next turn)
Foundation Cards - Once these are played, and your turn ends, they are moved to a back-row called the Staging Area, and can be used for their effects and control checks during your turn.
Stun - When an attack hits, your opponent has no choice but to commit cards on their staging area equal to the number printed on the stun.

Tokenhttp://tokenduelist.tumblr.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4080026879350344019.post-48718379042727143352013-08-20T23:30:11.561-05:002013-08-20T23:30:11.561-05:00Spoilers for Cutman, Gutsman, Fireman.

It was primarily a card game for fighting games, adding on other franchises like Darkstalkers, King of Fighters, Soul Calibur, etc. There's nothing wrong with Mega Man joining in on that, and if anything, it's kind of cool to see Mega Man join UFS in spite of the fact that it's not a fighting game series.Fanciful Dancing Starhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14486856799502911276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4080026879350344019.post-78092542285468400222013-08-19T21:11:32.677-05:002013-08-19T21:11:32.677-05:00The Card Game already existed :UThe Card Game already existed :UTokenhttp://tokenduelist.tumblr.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4080026879350344019.post-50598148039409414622013-08-19T21:02:11.019-05:002013-08-19T21:02:11.019-05:00- Obtain HD version Image
