First Round of Rockman X DiVE Changes Revealed

Staying true to their ever-transparent line of communication with fans, Capcom Taiwan have published a small list of changes that are expected to be incorporated in future iterations of Rockman X DiVE. These changes are all based on player feedback from the now-concluded August closed beta trial. Check 'em out:

a. Gamepad Buttons Setting with Adjustable Transparency
b. Adding "Invincible Time" after Character Died
c. Skippable Novice Guide [i.e skip RiCO's dialog]
d. Adding More Languages
e. Script Errors

As stated on their Facebook page, Capcom Taiwan will "keep optimizing the game according to your precious advices". Their words, not mine.  More changes, adjustments and additions to Rockman X DiVE are expected to take place over the course of development, and you're very much encouraged to send the development team feedback on Facebook.

More Rockman X DiVE is coming soon. Stay tuned!

  1. Ehhh idk about the "after character died" invul, I'd more like actual recoil and a bit of invul on hit when it comes to pvp at the least.

Still, the other changes are ABSOLUTELY wonderful. I honestly miss this damn game already.

    1. We all do. its like with how smash 3ds demo was a treat, and then the long wait for the actual game.

  2. I hope that there would be other ways to obtain Armor Parts that doesn't include co-op.

I'm not a fan of multiplayer modes but didn't had any problems, since there are people that like them. So, I was planning to ignore those. However, I didn't expected exclusive rewards. I thought they were going to be just for fun or for the sake of competition.

Already told them this in the survey, even tough I have the feeling I'm in the minority here.

Still, I look forward to the release day to enjoy whatever single player content it offers. And, if you like multiplayer, I hope you enjoy it.

    1. I'm with you on this. No offense to anyone who enjoy multiplayer, and actually i kinda enjoyed it myself, but i prefer to be able to unlock stuffs in single player.

    2. I hate coop in general. I want to be able to complete my games by myself.

    3. There's no reason to hate co-op in general for that. The concept of co-op doesn't mean it has to be forced or to have exclusive rewards.

    4. I hate coop in general. It applies all games. Rewards are irrelevant.

  3. So does this mean when I play with controller I can make buttons to be completely transparent?

I'm thankfull to them for that.

  5. While my main language is Spanish, if they add Portuguese, I will roll with that. These are good changes. (also, I will be able to use BlueStacks mapping the invisible buttons to my non-XBox gamepad now <3)

  6. Is there an easy way to connect my PS4 controller to my phone to play this? The inability to easily to do was probably the single biggest thing that negatively impacted my enjoyment of this game.

    1. Hold the share button, then the home button until the controller light starts blinking. Connect it to your phone via Bluetooth. In the x dive control settings, touch a button on screen, then press a button on the controller to give it that assignment.
