Since I own MMZC on DS, I think there exists no reason for me to buy this

    1. Well they did edit dialog and I believe a few other things to make it more family friendly in the DS games. Plus you could play it on a bigger screen at home I suppose.

  5. Megaman Zero... on the Wii U.
No, I don't think the tiny, handheld screen was the problem with that game.
I have my share of appreciation for MM Zero. Heck! if it wasn't for those games I'd have had no worthy Megaman games to play at the turn of the millenium. Especially with Battle Network spreading itself, ironically enough, like a virus.
But I can't justify the $7.99 price tag on this. The way I see it, no pre-existing game should cost more than $5 to download unless it's been significantly altered in some way.

    1. Assuming you're gaming with the western releases, how is you not having been able to play a "worthy" handheld MM game, made special by the fact that one single spinoff game existed barely a year prior to the game you appreciated? By the time MMBN3 came out in the west, there were already (not including console games) MM Xtreme/2, MMZ(NA)/2(JP few months on the away to NA), MM&B and even a planned anniversary handheld compilation (cancelled later), at the turn of the millennium you were able to choose from, purchase and play, or look forward to.

By the time MMBN5 was out in the north, which is two more entries in its main series from MMBN3, there were already two more equivalent entries released in the Zero series, which by that point ended. After that only one more numbered MMBN entry was released. MMBN ended up with a grand total of 2 more main games than the Zero series, consistently out selling (even though it wasn't even selling that much in comparison to its competition) each entry in the Zero series (by much) along the way. Not to mention a lot of the side games in the MMBN series weren't even using it's established formula, some of which were 2D platshooters. Not even gonna mention the population of MMBN games in relation to the Classic or X games.

Disregarding all that stuff, how does a separate nearly completely different series existing, cause you to have especially less worthy games than the none you had before? Not getting that logic.

Yeah I call BS, and that you only wanted to take a jab at MMB, which is completely uncalled for and unnecessary in this context.

For anyone out there confused about things, MMBN didn't replace any MM series. The only thing that would have happened if MMBN didn't exist, is less brand recognition for the MM franchise and maybe its death earlier. With the exception of MMBCC, MMZ and MMBN have two nearly completely different teams working on them. What did you guys expect, MMBN disappearing and poof more Classic and X entries to take its place? Yeah it don't work that way.
