Mega Man X Model Kit Revealed at SDCC

Spotted at the San Diego Comic-Con preview night, here's a sneak peek at PrototypeZ Studio's 1:6 scale Mega Man X model. It remains to be seen if we're looking at a prototype mold, or if a paint job is required to complete it. Nevertheless, it looks pretty great so far.

No word on price or release date. Stay tuned for updates.

  1. I sincerely hope this is not the news for SDCC. I want a game.

  2. I hope they make a X1 Zero next, then Zero Mk. II, then X1 Armor X after that.

    1. So essentially, you're saying you hope they cover what D-Arts has done so far. Wouldn't that be kinda redundant? Then again, it probably wouldn't be a bad thing for those who missed out, or want to try their hand at piecing them together themselves.

    3. Sorry, couldn't help it. I just find it a little too coincidental that this PrototypeZ Studio (whom I'm honestly unfamiliar with) would be releasing model kits as D-Arts is getting into full swing. While some may prefer models, I prefer figures. Nothing personal, and I'm sorry if you took it that way.

  4. Read that as "Mega Man Model X Kit Revealed" at first. Was all hype for half a second.

Nope, just another stock standard X.
