Rare Rockman DASH 2 Commercial Unearthed

Now this is something I've never seen before, and I'm pretty sure you haven't seen it either. I'd be surprised if you did. From the depths of Nico Video (the Japanese equivalent of YouTube), comes this rare, traditionally animated TV-spot for Rockman DASH 2 from '99.  Because the commercial yields from a rather old tape, the quality is "okay." We're looking into enhancing it, but for now, do enjoy what we have:

Low-quality aside, that was delightfully awesome.

Currently working on a high-res version; stay tuned!

  1. What is this righteous blasphemy?!

Damn, all the good stuff's back in the '90s....

  2. I'm not even a Legends fan, and I have to admit, this is pretty sweet.

  3. Capcom should start doing some more anime of his franchises...

  4. @ Jez:

That would be so awesome the whole world might just bow down to the awesomeness. Or it might bring world peace.

  5. @Jez: That's what I was convinced of after seeing the animated stuff from Rockman Online.

  6. A MMZ, MMZX and MML anime would be WAY better than the EXE anime

  7. Anything would have been better than the EXE anime. Except for the first season and maybe Beast.

Then again, the anime after the first season butchered the EXE series concept so much that X, ZX, and Legends fans better be careful of what they're wishing for in the anime department.

A Mega Man Zero anime based on its manga would be great! XD

  9. @Alilatias: Well, I think if they do make one, be it X, Z, or ZX, I hope it's the artists from RMO trailers and the storyline draws VERY faithfully from the games. That would be total justice to the games. For me that is.

  10. I don't see what's wrong with the EXE anime. I mean, besides the removal of the brothers storyline and the addition of Cross Fusion, I see nothing else wrong about it.

  11. @ Saito-chan: Unfortunately, those two gripes are HUGE gripes.

  12. Also, the animation and drawings of the anime were usually pretty bad :P
