'The Medal Operation' Footage Surfaces

Some rarely seen footage of the Japanese exclusive arcade game Rockman EXE: The Medal Operation has leaked out onto the net courtesy of YouTuber N2EXE...

Released in the fall of 2005 to coincide with the release of Rockman EXE 5, the Medal Operation marked the EXE series' first foray to the arcade scene.

Players deposit a specific amount of "medals" (arcade tokens) into the machine to initiate the game. Once started, you play a series of EXE 5 themed mini games, which once successfully beaten, warrant a bunch of prizes like extra tokens and candy.

Chocolate, just one of the many redeemable prizes!

The mini games are presented in the form of "stages" which take place in several areas from EXE 5.  Very little details exist about each individual mini game, but from what I've gathered, there's six in all with varying gameplay styles. Because so little knowledge of the game exists, we're left only with our imaginations to decipher the objectives of each mini-game:

N2EXE, author of the video, plans on uploading more footage of the game soon.
