Contrary to Marvel Entertainment's latest financial report, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 HD will not release on June 29th according to Christian Svensson:"I'll tell you right now, June 29th ain't it. Summer is all we're saying."
An official release date will most likely be announced at E3 2009 (June 2nd) as MvC2 will be present at Capcom's booth. I'll keep you posted.
