Rockman DASH Value Pack On Its Way

Play-Asia is currently listing a "Rockman DASH+Rockman DASH 2" value pack for Sony's PSP. Presumably, the pack will bundle the 2005 DASH 1 and 2 PSP ports.

The set retails for a mere $34.90 with an expected release date of January 29th, 2009. With that kind of a budget price, the pack is ideal for those who've yet to play the DASH ports (or either of the two DASH games for that matter). Thankfully, the PSP is region free, so those living outside of Japan can easily play it.

Hopefully, if this pack sells well enough, maybe it'll convince Capcom to produce newer DASH titles, preferably DASH 3.

Here's hoping!

  2. If only I could read Japanese... I bought them individually last year, and they didn't get much play time since I had no idea what I was doing. This is a much better deal than what Capcom had originally done, and I sure hope that it helps inspire the creation of DASH 3. They should seriously release it outside of Japan though, they'd probably make much more with the non-Japanese fans, but I highly doubt they will.

I find it funny how they always want to make money on things instead of taking risks, but they never release these kind of things outside of Japan which diminishes the money they could make... =/

  3. If you don't have a PSP.. Just buy it as collector's item and ask the parents for PSP as XMAS gift.
